同學們：我今天國旗下講話的題目是：“説説愛國衞生月”。

四月是個春暖花開的季節，可你還知道四月是個什麼月嗎?四月是全國愛國衞生月。因為衞生工作關係到每一個人，所以請大家在日常學習、生活中積極主動做好衞生工作，保持良好的衞生習慣，促進健康成長。

從學校層面來講。校園是我們學習的重要場所，校園環境衞生的好壞直接影響到老師和同學們的工作學習和生活。同時校園環境衞生也是一個學校文明的重要標誌。是學校對外形象的直接影響因素。可是我們經常可以發現校園的地面上有許多紙屑。我們作為中心國小的一員要做好校園衞生的保持工作，人人養成良好的衞生習慣。讓我們的校園時時乾淨整潔。我們應做到發現紙屑主動撿，遇到垃圾主動掃，碰上亂扔主動管。不損壞一花、一草、一木，不浪費一滴水、一度電，不亂扔、亂吐、亂畫，從身邊的小事做起。

從個人衞生來講。首先要保持良好的個人衞生習慣，注意飲食衞生，不能在路邊小攤隨便購買食品，養成飯前便後要洗手，勤剪指甲，勤洗澡， 其次要均衡飲食，隨氣候變化而增減衣服，定期運動，充足休息。還要保持室內空氣流通，我們平時很多教室都是窗户緊閉的，這對同學們在教室裏學習是不利的，應該把門窗打開，至少也要開一扇窗户，讓空氣對流。

同學們，美麗的校園環境需要我們共同營造，文明的習慣靠我們平時一點一滴地養成。讓我們行動起來，借“愛國衞生月”的契機，人人動手，為創一個乾淨，清潔的校園一起努力!

大家好，今天我講話的題目是《積極參與愛國衞生，共建共享健康薌中》。

轉眼間，又到了春暖花開的四月，今年是第27個愛國衞生月，因為衞生工作關係到每一個人，所以大家在日常工作、學習、生活中都應該積極主動做好衞生工作，保持良好的正確的衞生習慣，促進健康成長。我在這裏提出幾點倡議：

首先，保持良好的個人衞生習慣，注意飲食衞生，不能在路邊小攤隨便購買食品，因為路邊攤衞生根本就不能得到保證，各種塵埃、蒼蠅、不乾淨的食品用具等都隱藏着多少有害細菌，這是非常不衞生的。春夏之交是多種疾病特別是呼吸道和腸道傳染病的高發季節，在個人衞生習慣中，養成飯前便後要洗手，勤剪指甲，勤洗澡，不隨便使用別人的生活用品，如毛巾、衣服、拖鞋、餐具等。

再次，均衡飲食，隨氣候變化而增減衣服，定期運動，充足休息。在日常生活中同學們應該按照生活規律，三餐做到定時定量，不能餓一餐，飽一餐，特別是早晨，我們有的同學就往往因為睡懶覺而未吃早餐，這對身體健康和學習精力都是不利的。在每天學習之餘我們都要有花點時間到操場跑跑步，鍛鍊身體，增強體質。遵守作息時間，做到早起不熬夜，起居有規律，充足的睡眠是我們學習的重要保證。

最後，保持室內空氣流通，避免到空氣流通不暢、人員密集的公共場所。隨着天氣逐漸轉熱，教室、宿舍一定要保持通風狀態，讓門窗敞開，使空氣對流，把人體呼出的二氧化碳等氣體隨着空氣排到外面去，避免造成室內有異味存在。我們平時發現有些教室的都是門窗緊閉，這對同學們在教室裏學習是不利的，應該把門窗打開，讓空氣對流。
