尊敬的全體優學教職員工：

大家好! 首先，在這辭舊迎新的歡樂時刻，我代表優學教育集團給你們拜年，祝你們蛇年愛情、事業雙豐收，父母健康、子女優秀。

teachers and workers of youuxue education,

good afternoon! first of all, in the days of saying goodbye to yesterday and looking forward to tomorrow i, on behalf of youxue education group, wish you a happy new year! i wish you a great success in both love and career

其次，藉此機會，我想跟年輕教師説説我的心裏話。作為剛入職場的新人，你們激情澎湃，雄心勃勃，但也難免帶着幾分傲氣，認為自己無所不能、所向披靡，其實不然，你們不過是個職場“嬰兒”，正處在從爬到走的成長階段。在走上工作崗位頭幾年裏，一定要讓自己逐步培養起學徒思維、海綿思維、空杯思維，這樣才能從零開始，虛懷若谷，博採眾長。

secondly, i have something to tell the young teachers. as newcomers, you are enthusiastic and ambitious, eager to make your names. unfortunately, in all probability, you are conceited, believing that everything is no more than a piece of cake. actually, you are like a baby in workplace. you are learning to crawl and walk at the stage of growing up. be sure to treat yourselves as apprentices, sponges or empty glasses. only in this way can you be modest and ready to learn widely from others’strong points.

無論你們畢業於211高校還是985學府，隨着時間的推移，從前的成績和榮譽都會煙消雲散。現在，你們是站在一個新的起點，必須低姿態，高要求。因為，過去你是學生，如今你是老師。出類拔萃的學生不等於有口皆碑的老師。學是一回事，教是另外一回事。自己懂不代表學生一定懂，自己覺得簡單的東西未必學生也覺得簡單。望山跑死馬。套用一句英語：easier said than done.所以，希望你們在教學過程中，不要輕視任何一個知識點，要以雄獅搏兔的心態上好每一堂課。希望你們時時刻刻站在學生的角度看待所教的東西，己所不欲，勿施於人，語言越通俗越好，內容越條理越好，練習越經典越好，試題越繞彎越好，越有陷阱越好。

whether you graduated from universities put on the 211 or 985 list, as time goes on, all honors you won will be of no use at all. now you have set off on a new journey from the same starting line. you are supposed to humble your pride and fight for greater dreams. for you used to be student and now you are teachers. not all top students can make outstanding teachers. to learn is one thing, to teach is another. what is simple to you may seem difficult to students. students are students. to put it in english, so i do hope that you will attach importance to anything you teach in class, that you will carry out your teaching task in students’shoes. use the simplest language, express yourselves systematically, choose classical exercises and comprehensive examination questions.

我還想説，年輕老師先要學會做事，在日常的工作實踐中歷練自己，成長自我。千萬不能拈輕怕重，敷衍塞責，那將很難取信於所在的團隊，更得不到領導的賞識和器重。有個成語叫“大智若愚”，千真萬確。年輕人應該裝作傻一點，甘願吃虧一點。吃虧是福。傻一點，吃虧一點，不僅做好應該做的工作，而且做好需要做的工作。工作做好了，才會引起他人的注意。當有人注意你了，成功也就向你招手了。besides, you young teachers should improve yourselves by doing a good job. do not pick easy jobs and shirk hard ones. never be halfhearted about your work, or none of your colleagues will trust you, nor will any superiors think highly of yourselves. remember the chinese idiom “still water runs deep. he knows most who speaks least. a man of great wisdom often appears slow-witted”. you pretend to be silly and enjoy suffering losses. apart from doing what you are expected to, try to do what you think you need to. your remarkable performance will surely catch attention. when you are noticed by working hard, you are near to success.

再者，年輕老師要少抱怨，多反思。適當抱怨，尚屬人之常情，但過多抱怨，不僅傷害身心，更損害自己的形象。其實，抱怨不能解決任何問題，只能證明自己的無能。所以，事情不順心的時候，儘量從自己身上找原因，儘量冷靜下來，想想自己哪些地方做的不到位，不夠好。學學古人：靜坐常思己過，閒談莫論人非。

lastly, young teachers ought to retrospect more and complain less. it is reasonable to complain occasionally, but grumbling too much harms your image as well as your mind. in fact, complaining shows that you are incompetent instead of helping to solve any problem. therefore, once the situation is against your wish, try to blame yourselves, try to calm down, summing up your own weaknesses. ancient people set us a good example: review my own fault while sitting alone; never talk gossip while chatting with others.

尊敬的全體優學教職員工，優學教育的每一份口碑都是你們攢出來的。在這個世界上，比做教育容易出名的行業太多了，比做教育容易掙錢的事情太多了，比做教育輕鬆的工作太多了，但是你們選擇了承受壓力，責任，委屈，面對各種誘惑，批評，抱怨，你們仍然選擇了堅持，我向你們表示崇高的敬意！

teachers and workers of youxue education, all public praise depends on your devotion to work. in this world of ours there are many industries which enable one to become famous more easily than education. there is much business that makes one grow rich more quickly than education. there are a lot of jobs which need less effort than education. however, you prefer to be burdened with pressure, responsibility and injustice. you would not give up despite various temptations, criticism and complaints. for all mentioned above, i show my greatest respect to you.

我要感謝一直默默支持優學教育的家屬們，家屬是我們強大的後盾。由於我們這個行業的特點，很多老師週末無法休息，犧牲了與家人團聚的時間，沒有家屬的理解和支持就沒有優學的今天，我向他們致敬！

thank your family members. they are our powerful backup. different from other jobs, ours stops many of you spending weekends with your families. without their consideration and support, youxue education would not be what it is today. i look up to them.

我還要感謝一直以來給與我們支持和幫助的領導和朋友們，他們的支持和幫助使得我們能夠心無旁騖的專注做好教育和教學，衷心地感謝他們！

thank all the leaders and friends for their support and assistance, thanks to which we have no trouble in devoting ourselves to teaching and educating boys and girls. thank them from the bottom of my heart.

中國是世界人口第一大國，學生升學競爭非常激烈。目前一個孩子進入重點學校的主要途徑有三條："拼運氣"，"拼爹"，"拼實力"。我們既沒有可能改變他的運氣、幫他們選擇一個好學校，也沒有能力幫學生"拼爹"，我們唯一能做的就是提升學生的實力，讓學生"靠實力證明自己"。

with the largest population in the world, students in china compete very fiercely for places at ideal schools. at present there are generally three ways in which a child enters a key school. some depend on good luck; some on parents; but most children have to depend on their own intelligence. we cannot make sure that a child has the luck to study at a school they like, or choose parents for them. all we can do is increase a child’s test scores.

在這個思想的指引下，我們取得了不錯的成績。我們一直認為：經濟是社會發展的速度，教育是社會發展的加速度。中國當前的發展在於經濟的發展，而中國未來的強盛將在於教育的強盛！優學被稱為這個行業擴張最保守的機構之一，我們認為"教不好學生等於偷錢和搶錢"，"不靠口碑招來學生，我們不受尊敬"。作為大同市規模最大、知名度最高的一對一輔導機構，我們一直認為做強比做大更重要，質量比數量更重要，內容比形式更重要，所以在過去一年裏，我們更加關注增長質量而非增長數量。

under the guidance of this thought, we have achieved a great deal. we always think that the economics means the speed of society, that education means accelerated speed. the current development of china is determined by its economics while the educational advancement decides china’s future prosperity. in our opinion, letting students down means stealing money from them or robbing them of money. as the largest and most famous one-by-one coaching school, we hold the view that teaching quality comes first.

教育這個古老的行業進步緩慢，今天的世界各國普遍還在使用工業化大生產時代培養熟練工人的方法來培養學生，也就是大班教學，學校教什麼學生學什麼。我相信未來的教育將會以學生會核心，小孩生出來，不必都經歷幼兒園、國小、中學、大學、研究生這樣機械化的學習過程，學生不必都是週一到週五上課，不必都學今天的學科......而學校會根據人們生活本身的需要和職業發展的需求來規劃學習體系，教師更像導師，比傳授知識更重要的是做"規劃、設計、引導"。今天是學生被重點中學選擇，但是我相信在未來，一定會是學校被學生選擇。

the industry of education develops so slowly that in most countries they still teach students in the same way as they trained employees to be skilled workers in the age industrialized massive production. that is, they practice class teaching. students are made to learn whatever teachers teach them. i’m sure future education will be students-centered. a child will not have to stay at a kindergarten first, then a primary school, a middle school, a university mechanically. not all students will study the present subjects from monday to friday. the school will make a study plan for each student according to necessities of daily life and career requirements. teachers will be more like supervisors or advisors, planning, designing, and guiding more often than passing knowledge. today key schools select students; tomorrow students will surely select good schools

各位老師，各位服務教學的優學人，教育是無比光榮和神聖的事業，做好教育不僅僅是成就學生，更加是完善自我，做好教育本身就是最大的公益，做好教育就是培養未來的國家競爭力，做好教育就是在推動社會的巨大進步！所以我也恭喜各位，我們共同選擇了一個偉大而神聖的事業！

teachers and workers of youxue education, education is a glorious and sacred cause beyond compare. improving education is to perfect ourselves as well as to turn students’dreams into reality. the success of education enables society to make great progress. so i congratulate everyone here on struggling for this cause, glorious and sacred.
