三、上課。課堂上我總講究本節課所定目標的落實，哪怕學習很少的內容也要力求做到每個同學都掌握。英語上有小組對話練習，我就實行加分制，一個對話練習正確得5分，錯一處扣一分，然後再把班分成四個大組進行競爭，一個月後對4個大組進行總結，表彰得分最多的大組，可以在週末作業佈置對本大組佈置點作業。

四、 任務落實。130多個學生，對於學習任務我該如何落實呢？主要依靠課代表和小組長，還有個大組選的檢員。在任務落實上我做到：基礎知識人人過關，重點知識人人掌握。每一單元開始學習時要求全體學生單詞人人過關，每個學生的單詞都要會讀，而且是我親自落實；我在輔導時間重點落實各班的4號同學，保證他們基礎知識必須過關。

五、批改作業。英語作業主要是面批，有錯誤直接指出來並糾正。小組長批改，我檢查，發現一處錯誤本人和組長都罰超3遍在練習本上。

一、本區複習備考的做法

我區在教研室的指導下，充分發揮區一中的龍頭作用，形成了團結協作，資源共享，積極探討，共同進步的備考風格。具體做法有：

1、發揮高三中心備課組的作用。

科學合理，紮實有效地安排複習研討、經驗交流。做到次次有中心，次次有收穫並在交流中統一備考思路。我區的備考總體思路是，淡化輪次，注重基礎，科學訓練，重在落實。我們以複習資料《大學聯考攻略》為依託，把夯實基礎，能力提升，熱點滲透，方法指導相結合，做到全方位立體式複習。

2、注重資源共享。

我區在每年的二輪複習階段，都會收集各校根據本校學生做題情況而編輯的錯題，形成錯題集，以提升備考效果，同時各校自己編的習題和複習講義都會進行共享，以集體智慧應對大學聯考。

3、注意複習效果的真實反饋。

我了摸清各校複習的效果我區對每次大考的組考和閲卷多做了嚴格而科學的安排特別作為政治學科我們非常注意對標準答案的科學把握，每次集中閲卷都會按大學聯考的要求的標註答案進行解讀，並強調閲卷尺度的準確性。

二、黃陂六中複習備考的做法

在對各校備考給予有效指導的同時也尊重各校的校情，中心備課組也鼓勵各校積極探索形成自我特色。現在我就談談我校在備考中的一些做法。

1、科學定位，明確思路。

因為我區優質生源主要被一中錄取，我校生源質量並不高，學生基礎差，能力不強。針對現實我們就提出了不搞“高精尖”，強化基礎能力備考思路。

2、注重讀背，重在落實。

為了強化學生的基礎知識，我們特別注意書本知識的掌握，為此我校規定了每週五早自習為文綜早自習，而且各班還規定每天晚自習前的半小時時間也為讀書時間，做到時間有保證，同時我們引導學生根據自己的實際制定背書計劃，我們為了落實背書效果還專門利用課堂時間或課後時間進行檢查，對沒有達標的學生給予一定的懲罰。另外我們有些老師還想了一些特別方法，比如把要求背記的內容錄成MP3放給學生聽以加深映象。

3、科學訓練，有效講評。

在訓練上我們注意三位一體滾動訓練，我們的訓練由課堂演練，單元小結訓練，學科綜合滾動訓練，文綜訓練共同組成，這些練習卷主要由我校教師根據本校學情組編而成，很少使用現成套卷。凡是正規的考試練習我們都會做錯題統計，以便評獎具有針對性，並未隨後錯題集的編輯打下基礎。

二、制度逐步健全，在工作上保障教研活動順利進行。

1.在學生學習方面，為了培養學生英語學習的積極態度，重視英語學習，提高英語地位，學校制定各種學習制度，首先，期末調研製度。學校規定期末和語文數學一樣，進行期末英語調研，統一考試，調換改卷，並規定期末英語成績達到優秀，才能評優秀學生。其次，英語早讀制度。我們在早讀課的安排上作了一些調整：為了提高早自修的英語學習效率，每班一星期一次英語早自修，英語老師每天去不同的班級，親自指導學生，大大增多了學生學習英語的時間，形成了學生學習英語的良好氛圍。第三，各種比賽制度。每學期我們結合教研室活動舉行各種競賽，如五年級英語書寫比賽，迎國慶英語十佳口語能手比賽，英語講故事比賽等，還成立英語社團，培養英語尖子生。常年的活動，為學生留下了成長的足跡，為我校在市、區各級各類比賽中獲得佳績奠定了基礎。

2、在教師的教學方面，以青藍工程為載體，新老教師相互學習，認真開展教研組活動。以外出學習為橋樑，認真向名師學習教學經驗，提高自身的教育教學素養。

1）校內實施“青藍”工程制度。對於備課、上課、作業批改等日常教學環節，我們注重細節，從不馬虎，總能不折不扣地去完成，就改作來説吧，我們規定不能一頁只打一個大大的對號，幾小題就要求有幾個小對號，每頁要有日期和等級，學生訂正後教師必須及時批改等等。青藍工程要求我們學校的四位年輕教師每月上一節組內公開課，要求全員參與評課，要有師傅評課摘錄，要求徒弟每月一個案例反思，每兩個星期看課堂實錄一節，等等。年輕老師們都能認真完成教學任務，虛心反思，磨課，試教，再磨課，再試教，不斷提升自己的業務水平，增加自己的教學經驗，也充分調動學生的學習積極性、主動性，真正做到以人為本，使學生成為學習的主人，從而達到理想的學習效果。

2）校外進行名師指導，上彙報課制度。為不斷促進教師專業成長，實現學習成果共享，學校盡最大可能為教師創造外出學習機會的同時，規定了教師外出學習彙報制度。學校要求外出學習教師要認真聽課，做好筆記，蒐集相關資料，通過講座、彙報課或書面彙報等形式，擴大了教師的學習面，有力地促進了全校教師業務能力和科研水平的不斷提高。另外，我們兩次請教研員給我們年輕教師進行聽課評課指導，使他們儘快適應國小英語的教學，更好地發揮自己的特長，形成各具特色的教學風格，努力向名師隊伍邁進。

三、團隊精進合作，在參加各類活動中提升師生素質。

我們教研組發揚團結協作的精神，積極參加教研室組織的各項教育教學評比活動，以提高師生的英語素養。鼓勵年輕教師抓住機遇，自我加壓。開學初，學校根據教研室的各種比賽活動，制定比賽得獎目標，要求我們認真完成教研室下達的各項任務，我們發揮教研組集體的力量，精心準備每一個比賽活動，並取得較好的成績。例如教師説課比賽、學生講故事比賽、書寫比賽、教具課件比賽等等，在大家的共同努力下，都取得了不錯的成績。
