雄關漫道真如鐵，而今邁步從頭越。三十年，儘管前進的道路並不平坦，但工商人從來沒有停止探索的腳步，從來不曾放棄執法為民的信念，從來沒有因前進的道路曲折而選擇放棄。因為，工商人深深地懂得，自己是光榮的“紅盾”衞士，不僅代表着國家工商管理部門的形象，更維護着消費者的權益和良好的市場秩序，正是有了我們這一羣人，國家的經濟大廈才能永遠牢固不倒，這就是我們每一個工商人肩頭重若泰山的神聖職責。

正是因為有了這份沉甸甸的責任，才有了我們工商幹部不管風裏雨裏，酷暑嚴冬，查假冒偽劣、無照經營的緊張忙碌；正因為有了這份沉甸甸的責任，才有了我們工商人夜以繼日，團結做戰，治理侵害消費者利益的一次次重拳出擊。這責任是如此沉重，時時敦促我們主動積極地宣傳各項法律法規、耐心細緻地提高消費者*意識；這責任是如此神聖，時時提醒我們，面對不法者的無理糾纏，甚至野蠻粗暴抗法，要義無返顧、大義凜然；這責任又是何等的高尚啊，只要擔起它，無論面對怎樣的金錢*，我們都能時刻保持公平公正、清正廉潔……

三十年，三十年時光悄然逝去，而我們工商人披星戴月、忍辱負重的步伐絲毫未疲憊。三十年來，我們工商人經受住了風雨雪霜的磨礪，吸取了春華秋實的滋養，工商部門一步一步地成長起來，紅盾衞士的形象也一天天高大起來。一身飽經汗水洗滌的*，一張慣受風吹雨打的面龐。面容堅毅，冷對種種名利*；腳步鏗鏘，行遍鬧市山村；勤奮敬業、無私無畏地營造着市場經濟的清新有序；忠於職守、一心為民，描繪着和諧社會的美好明天。如今，我們工商人已受到越來越多的百姓的信賴和稱讚，得到社會各界的認可和支持，成為羣眾利益的“守護神”，為市場經濟的發展保駕護航。

有了自己的家，丈夫和她一樣，都是從漢拓工來江的。孩子出生後，她更忙了。沒有雙方父母的鼎力支持，面臨第一次做母親的喜悦，依然那麼堅強。房子小，工資低，丈夫經常加班，孩子無人看管，乾脆換了夜班與丈夫錯開時間，給孩子應有的愛。她保持着一貫的好學，xx大學自修漢語言文學的課程不能拉下，她要求丈夫和她一樣也不能拖延功課，*倆互幫互學，經常一邊哄着孩子，一邊抓緊時間學習。孩子身體不好，為此操碎了心；同時，她因為工作出色，被調往廠空壓站，新的學習任務落在她的肩頭，和她初入江一樣，她再次站在生活的浪尖，她要做和大風大浪搏鬥的勇敢的水手！

利用課餘時間，我閲讀了《我愛祖國的藍天》一書，受益匪淺!我深刻了解到森林對於人類生存和發展的關係。在此，我想和大家分享一下森林——這個浩瀚的綠色寶庫對人類生存和發展的重要意義。

森林，是一個高密度樹木的區域，這些植物羣落覆蓋着地球廣大面積，並對二氧化碳下降、動物羣落、水文湍流調節和鞏固土壤起着重要作用，是構成地球生物圈當中的一個最重要的方面，是人類賴以生存的資源和環境保障。

首先，森林是“人類文明的搖籃”，我們知道：人類的祖先最初就是生活在森林裏，他們靠採集野果，捕捉鳥獸為食，用樹葉、獸皮做衣，在樹枝上架巢做屋、生息繁衍;

第三，森林也是“天然調節器”和“天然儲水池”，森林中樹木的光合作用調節着自然界中空氣和水的循環，影響着氣候的變化，保護着土壤不受風雨侵犯，以減輕環境污染給人們帶來的危害;大雨降落到森林裏，滲入土壤深層和巖石縫隙，以地下水的形式緩緩流出，衝不走土壤，有效制止了沙漠化和水土流失。

最後，森林還是“生命的資源”，森林為我們提供着生產和生活所必需的食品、藥材、香料等各種資料，森林是如此重要，所以在1991年聯合國糧農組織把當年“世界糧食日”的主題定為“森林與生命”。

但是，森林的生存現狀並不樂觀。隨着社會生產的發展，人們大量砍伐森林，毀林開荒，劈林放牧，興建城鎮，再加上戰爭破壞、火災蟲害，世界森林面積縮小的過程大大加快。現在全球只存有40多億公頃的森林了，而每年大約就有20xx萬公頃的森林從地球上消失!

我國是森林資源匱乏、風沙危害、水土流失嚴重的地區之一，1979年，國家決定在西北、華北北部、東北西部建設大型防護林工程，又稱修造“綠色萬里長城活動”。“三北防護林”體系工程是一項正在我國北方實施的宏偉生態建設工程，它是我國林業發展的一大壯舉。是在保護現有森林植被的基礎上，採用人工造林，封山封沙育林和飛機播種造林等措施，實行喬、灌、草結合;帶、片、網結合，多樹種，多林種結合。建設出一個功能完備，結構合理，系統穩定的大型防護林體系。使森林覆蓋率大面積提高，土地沙漠化得到有效治理，水土流失得到基本控制，生態環境和人民羣眾的生產生活條件從根本上得到了改善。

如今，對於我們生活在城市的人來説，接近森林幾乎是一種奢望!但我們可以從點滴做起，從小事做起，愛護城市一草一木，合理規劃利用空間，建設綠色家園。

朋友們!讓我們共同響應國家號召，愛護森林吧!亂砍濫伐森林是人類的愚蠢行為，不要再做這種傷害自己、禍及子孫後代的事情。地球是我們賴以生存的自然環境，我們有責任有義務去保護它，請從少浪費一張紙，多種一棵樹做起，建設與自然和諧發展的生態環境，促進人類社會科學、健康、持續發展!

i am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.

five score years ago, a great american, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the emancipation proclamation. this momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. it came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.

but one hundred years later, the negro still is not free. one hundred years later, the life of the negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. one hundred years later, the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. one hundred years later, the negro is still languished in the corners of american society and finds himself an exile in his own land. and so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.

in a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the "unalienable rights" of "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."

but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. and so, we've come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.

we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. now is the time to make justice a reality for all of god's children.

it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. this sweltering summer of the negro's legitimate discontent will not pauntil there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. and those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to busineas usual. and there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

but there is something that i must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: in the proceof gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterneand hatred. we must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. we must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.

the marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. and they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.

we cannot walk alone.

and as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.

we cannot turn back.

there are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "when will you be satisfied?" we can never be satisfied as long as the negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. we can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. we cannot be satisfied as long as a negro in mississippi cannot vote and a negro in new york believes he has nothing for which to vote. no, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until "justice rolls down like waters, and righteousnelike a mighty stream.

as students, we could share more time with our friends. the friendship in our young hearts is pure, fresh and simple. i often feel very lucky to have a lot of good friends. especially when i had justin as one of my best friends. justin was my english teacher from the usa. i met him in 1996 when i was a student who could only speak very little english. justin was a vivid young man with a bright smile on his face, and he always had his special way to make the class active and attractive. he taught us english by telling stories, playing games, singing songs, and even dancing. i could still remember very clearly that one afternoon when we fin-ished our class, we went to some other classes to sing songs for them, just like what people do in the states on christmas eve. it was so interesting and unforgettable. justin was an excellent teacher, because he taught us not only how to study english well, but also the way to find out the beauty of the world and the way to be angels to others' lives. i know there was friendship and pure love in our hearts. facing this valuable emotion neither nationality nor age was important, the real importance lay in faith, under-standing, and care. justin is the best friend i have ever had, and i know i will cherish those days of staying together with him as the best part of my memory.

friendship is a kind of treasure in our lives. it is actually like a bottle of wine, the longer it is kept, the sweeter it will be. it is also like a cup of tea. when we are thirsty, it will be our best choice, but when we have enough time to enjoy ourselves, it is also the most fragrant drink.

however, in this fast-developing modern society, the reality is not that. more and more people forget to enjoy the beauty of life and -the beauty of friendship. they work hard in order to gain a higher position, in the society and to earn more money for their work. of course, we don't deny that it is important to find a bet-ter place in our lives, but we wish more and more people could pay a little more attention to themselves and their friends. all of us have to spare some time for personal lives. we have to find the chance to express our emotion and love. when staying with our friends, we can release ourselves completely. we can do whatever we want, we can laugh together, talk together, and even cry to-gether. i should say that being together with our best friends is the most wonderful moment of our lives.

人生目標可分為長遠目標和短期目標。如果—個人沒有長遠目標，那麼他的人生將是盲目的，—切的努力都將是無用功。但如果—個人沒有短期的目標，他將不知道自己每天要做些什麼，腳步不知道朝什麼方向邁出。將人生的長遠目標劃分成—個個節點，就成了每—個時期的短期目標，彷彿人生的驛站。所有的短期目標都指向同—個方向，為長遠目標做基礎，這就是所有成功的人所遵循的公式。

“爸爸媽媽，這是你們送給我的生日禮物嗎？是從哪弄來的呀？“

爸爸告訴他：“孩子，你知道嗎？這寶貴的七顆豆子是你媽媽用鮮血換來的，因為監獄的圍牆垮了，特務偷懶，叫犯人去修，説是還有什麼‘獎勵’，就是打一礅石頭換一顆豆子。你媽媽為了給你過生日，她打了七大礅石頭，才換來這七顆豆子……”

護士是醫患關係的一個橋樑，通過護士對病人的時時關注，發現病人存在的問題，報告醫生進行處理，能夠減少很多的醫療糾紛，以前，我們總是説治療太多，沒有時間給病人溝通和做健康宣教，也不知道優質護理該如何去做，看過《喚醒醫療》這本書的都知道，<蓮山>護士從接待患者的第一句話、第一個問題、第一次靜脈穿刺、第一次用藥開始，就與患者建立了良好的友誼，使病人時時感覺到醫護人員在關心他，為了更好地體現“人本位醫療”，我們在今年的3月份組織了全院護士的靜脈輸液及溝通技能考試，考試前大家認真觀看優質輸液視頻，通過考試，要求我們的護士在治療、處置、護理中做到時時關注病人，發現病人潛在的問題，及時報告與處理，杜絕不安全隱患，保障醫療安全。

在這平凡的工作崗位上，我們中有的已經走過了三十幾個春秋，有的還是剛走出校園，踏上工作崗位的小妹妹，只要穿上白大褂，你就是護士，什麼情緒和煩惱都必須拋得遠遠的。因為我們深知服務的對象是一個個需要幫助和同情、在病痛中苦苦掙扎的病人。
