To maintain the corporate image of the company by including presentations on Hilton Reservations Worldwide/ new hotels by Hilton.

維持企業形象,包括希爾頓及新酒店。

Set up-selling target with DOC for event team. Ensure a sales attitude prevails at all times, utilizing every opportunity within the scope of your work that will assist with the maximization of revenue.

協助宴會銷售總監製定統籌團隊增值銷售目標,確保銷售的態度在所有的時間都被執行,利用每一個工作範圍內的機會,發掘簽約團隊和宴會活動的消費潛力,協助收入最大化。

Follow up every call-in/walk in leads by Hilton standard with positive sales attitude. Handle site inspection.

按照規範流程接聽客户來電、並確保以積極銷售的態度接待所有未預約客户。處理已簽約客户的現場視察。

Ensure all traces and events inquiries are completed and recorded and accurate trace dates and follow up within Meeting Success Standard Procedures, ensure that input standards are correct and always meet the HMQ and Brand standard.

確保團隊/宴會合約內容都在會議成功標準程序內被準確跟進。確保系統輸入標準是正確的,而且總是滿足HMQ和品牌標準。

Follow up on contract, agreed deposit and cancellation charges to ensure the hotel policy is followed by all team members.

按流程跟進押金、合同和違約罰款,團隊成員貫徹執行酒店政策。

Review and confirm all events details with clients and operation team in advance. Issue accurate BEO/Group Resume/Floor Plan/Change Log/VIP Alerts etc. on time. Conduct weekly BEO meeting, handover events to operation departments.

Ensure event bill be delivered to client in time and update final revenue data into system. Assist accounting able to receive the payment in line with agreement.

Attend and prepare daily, weekly, monthly, provisional briefings/meeting, exchange event information, market intelligence, product competitiveness etc. Cascade instructions to event team member.

Supervise daily operation of event team by offering advice and guidance. Ensure accuracy of reports. Design training plan and conduct routine training for team member.

Adhere to departmental operating expenses as laid out in the budget / forecast.

Comply with all systems and procedures as laid down by the Business Development Department. Complete the ad hoc assignment on time.
