高尚的道德情操是一個人立身和成就事業的重要基礎，反映了一個人的思想覺悟、工作作風和道德品質。要想成為一名合格甚至是優秀的教師，首先需要擁有高尚的師德。自從參加工作以來，我始終牢固樹立馬克思主義世界觀、人生觀、價值觀，保持良好的道德風尚。無論做什麼工作都能擺正自己同學校、同事的`關係，把實現個人的人生價值同服從學校領導的安排和開創工作新局面，緊密地結合起來。我積極參加學校安排的每次思想教育活動，在實際的工作中尋找一條科學的發展之路。教學思想端正，工作態度好。

個人工作的成效決定着一個單位的形象與榮譽。作為教師，我時刻以高標準要求自己，首要的是組織好自己的教學。去年九月開學初，我對三年級的教學無從下手。自己參考了很多教案，但是始終不知教學的基本環節。因為我發現那些優秀教案並不適合常態課的教學。所以在開學初的頭兩個月，我堅持去聽別的老師上課。為此，隔壁班的楊廷文老師沒少為我操心和下功夫。一開始，我堅持聽一課，上一課。我將課堂教學設計分為一下三步：自己獨立研讀教材，參考優秀教案，形成第一次的教案;去聽老教師的常態課，記錄下他們的教學環節和教學模式，對照着他們的課堂教學對自己的教案進行修改，並在修改教案的過程中充分考慮到本班學生的情況;最後參考《特級教案》進行再次修改，將教材中的各個訓練點落實到位。

聽了別的老師上過課之後，讓我對基本的教學環節有了一定的把握，我逐步開始獨立地進行課堂教學。當然，我還是每週堅持至少聽兩節別的老師的課。我覺得能夠獨立地進行常態課的教學是我前兩個月大量聽課並進行總結的成果。在聽課的過程中，我瞭解到了常態課要注意的是抓實基礎。第一課時主要是進行舊知識的複習教學，第二課時則是學習新內容。

古語説：“德若水之源，才若水之波”，德，即品德、道德。概括地説，德的內涵是指工作人員的政治思想品德以及遵紀守法、廉潔奉公、遵守職業道德和社會公德的情況。德在不同的歷史時期有不同的內涵。不同的階級有不同的標準，但不論哪個階級都把“德”作為考核和用人的首要標準。

現階段對工作人員之“德”的考核，主要是看其是否堅持黨的基本路線，是否忠於國家，是否遵紀守法，辦事公道、行為廉潔，品德是否高尚。

一、具體的説，“德”由四個方面構成：

1、政治品德。即指辨證唯物主義與歷史唯物主義的世界觀，以及建立在這個世界觀基礎上的政治立場等。具體表現為政治立場堅定、堅持四項基本原則，廉潔奉公、辦事公道、品德高尚等方面。

2、倫理道德。即指在處理個人與社會之間關係，在處理人與人之間關係時所表現出的思想品德。包括大公無私、犧牲精神、相容性等。

3、職業道德。是指在從事職業活動中，用高尚的道德指導本職崗位職業活動的具體實踐。包括職業上的原則性、事業心、責任感、政策性等。

4、心理品德。是指個性心理傾向、動機、興趣、理想品德是否高尚。包括：行為動機、性格特徵、志趣愛好等方面。

二、能為勝任工作的基本條件

能，即能力或才能、才幹、本領。通常是指完成一定活動的本領。能力是有效的認識、改造和控制客觀世界的綜合力量。能力是對工作人員的才識和業務專業技術水平方面的要求。能力決定了工作人員是否承擔得起某項工作任務的工作能力。

工作能力由一般能力和特殊能力兩方面的能力組成。

1、一般能力，是指各類工作人員完成一切活動都必須具備的能力。包括：

①分析判斷能力(準確性、周密性、敏感性、預見性、果斷性、條理性、靈活性);②基本工作能力(口頭表達能力、文字表達能力、説服能力、歸納能力等);③身體能力(年齡、健康狀況等因素)。
