我是xx大學xx學院xx20xx級。我來自**省最西部的一個偏僻的小山村。20xx年我很榮幸成為我校的一位學生，在非常激動和自豪的心情中不知不覺地開始了我的大學生活。在過往的一年裏，我始終保持着積極向上的心態，時時以較高的標準要求自己的同時，妥善處理好學習、工作和生活之間的關係，勤奮學習、努力進取，在德、智、體、美等方面努力做到全面發展。我以為自己在各個方面均符合優秀學生的評選條件，故提出該份申請書。現將我的基本情況先容以下，作為各位領導的評審參考。

我的家庭基本情況：

我家位於**省最西部的**山區。因地處山區，交通不便，可耕耕地少，沒法種植各種經濟作物，家庭經濟收進十分有限。在我高中的幾年學習中，花光了家裏的所有積蓄，並欠下了高達一萬多元的債務。但是我清楚地知道文化知識的重要性，只有教育才能改變命運，只有教育才能從根本上改變家裏的生活狀態。所以為了讓我的將來有更多的機會，我仍然選擇了繼續求學這條艱苦的道路。

在學習方面：

在學習上我一直勤奮刻苦，虛心向四周的同學與老師請教。在大學這個學習環境相對寬鬆，課餘生活豐富多彩的環境中，我並沒有放鬆學業。而是有計劃的堅持其實不懈的學習專業知識和感愛好的其它知識。我在專業課上的學習和實踐絕不放鬆，認真學習課程知識,公道安排時間,進步學習效力，獲得了比較好的成績。專業成績優秀，在學習中有自己獨特的見解，遭到老師和同學的好評，在20xx20xx年度裏，我的成績以下：。均勻成績達86分。在專業的200多人中排名第10名。現在我在報考英語四、六級考試，計算機三級考試，普通話考試。我相信付出了一定會有收穫。

思想方面：

從小受父母的言傳身教，要想成為一個優秀的人，不但要具有豐富的知識，而且要具有良好的社會責任感、使命感和個人性德修養。這類觀念深深紮根在我心中，我勵志成為一位全面發展的學生。我的思想積極上進，作風正直，嚴於律已。自從走進大學校園，就嚴格要求自己，遵守校紀校規。積極旁聽各種政治講座。以此來端正自己的思想，進步自己的覺悟。在學習中充分發揮共青團應有的帶頭作用。積極擁戴中國共產黨。出於對黨的嚮往，我高中的時候就參加了業餘團校和黨校的培訓，並順利結業。在學校領導老師的教導下，我建立了良好的人生觀和道德觀;永久保持與時俱進，認真學習黨的工作線路，正確貫徹黨的方針政策，時刻關注着黨和國家的發展情勢，和國內外的局勢變化。

在工作方面：

在工作中，我始終以服務同學為宗旨，真正做到為同學服務。我現在是班上的文體委員。我相信，我能勝任這份工作。在以後的學習生活中，我將積極組織全班同學參加各種文體活動，進步同學們的生活情趣，豐富課餘生活。同時，我也是**大學**協會中的一員，並在該社團的組織部任幹事。在平時的志願活動中，我積極參加並精心組織，力求活動獲得美滿成功。

在社會實踐方面：

我積極參加學校的各種活動，在**學院20xx級迎新杯籃球賽中，我固然沒有帶領我們班獲得名次，但是，從這次活動中我學到了很多。在學校體育節期間，我自覺到體育館為運動健兒們加油助威。在冷暑假期間，我做各種兼職，在xx工廠打工的那段飽含辛酸的日子至今還令我記憶猶新，但是想到能為家裏減輕負擔，我咬緊牙關堅持了下來。

在生活方面：

在生活中，平時善於和同學溝通，也樂於幫助同學，所以很多同學不論是生活上還是思想方面有了困難也願意來尋求我的幫助。在生活中建立了很好的人際關係，取得了大家的尊重和支持。我樸素節儉﹑性情開朗、嚴以律己、寬以待人。我來自農村，家庭的貧困使得我更加珍惜這來之不容易的大學生活，比常人更加能吃苦，更加努力。

總之，在過往的一年裏，我在各方面都獲得了很大的進步，綜合素質也得到了很大的進步，現申請國家勵志獎學金。在此，我要真心感謝學校及系裏領導﹑老師在各方面給我的幫助和支持。在以後的學習中，我會更加嚴格要求自己，以求更好的表現。
