一、庫房管理工作主要是從整理入手，根據型號規格進行歸類擺放，使庫房凌亂不堪的狀況得到了進一步的改善，同時也為後續物資清查工作奠定了基礎，乾淨整齊的庫容庫貌成為庫房管理的基礎工作。

二、全力組織庫房人員摸清庫房物資，並在此基礎上對庫房庫存進行逐步的修整與完善，逐步建立原材料物料卡，使賬、卡、物相符工作得到進一步完善。

三、對生產技術部下發的所有對庫材料表，及時準確的核對庫存數量，並將需要採購的原材料數目，以___的形式轉交給___部。

四、對所有購進的元器件，嚴格執行原材料送檢工作，並按照工程項目及時的送達質檢部，對於質檢不合格的元器件不得入庫。

五、嚴格按照生產材料表上的數量、型號，下發元器件。對圖紙與材料表不貼合的狀況，務必與技術部工程師溝通後，追加或更改材料表後再發放材料。

六、產成品出庫嚴格按照流程辦理。有產成品領料單才能領取貨物並做好登記工作。對需要送貨的產成品，送貨清單要詳細，註明附件(排、螺絲、手柄等)，並由收貨方簽字認可。

七、供應商所開發票，認真核對數量、型號及金額。並及時辦理入庫手續，註明工程項目轉交財務部。

___年的庫房管理工作有所提高，但同時也暴露出我們工作中的一些問題和漏洞：

第一，在以後的工作過程當中，庫房要加強與各部門的有效溝通，為庫房工作的順利開展創造有利局面。

五、用心配合供應部和財務部，對庫存呆滯物品的積壓進行整改，避免原材料的浪費，節儉原材料，處理部分呆滯物品，並改善庫房物品和堆放的緊缺現象，帶給合理空間。

一、工作回顧：

二、工作不足

1、處理單據不夠及時，物料入庫滯後。

三、20__年工作目標

1、努力提高倉管操作技能水平，爭取倉管員每月的工作失誤次數≦1次。儲發料不及時率每月≦0次。

2、物料現場所有標識清晰，明確，要求倉管員備料必須要做到批次管理，先進先出為原則。

3、每一天對所有倉管所管物料庫存稽查，要求倉管員的庫存信息準確率100%。

4、現場管理與目視化管理的不斷完善與維持。時時做好倉庫的6S工作，堅持環境整潔，所存放的物料井然有序。

5、當天的帳及時完成，勿必做到日清月結。為提高物料的管理，對所有進出倉物料按《倉庫管理規定》執行，對供應商嚴格把關來料數量。為確保採購部、生產部及營銷部部能及時瞭解物料庫存情景，對電腦數據及手工賬實時錄入，確保數據的準確性與及時性。
