一、指導思想

以園部提出的"服務、發展、創新、育人"為目標，進一步解放思想、更新觀念、提高素質、增強水平，不斷提高服務意識、服務水平和服務本事，努力做到善解人意、和藹可親、熱情大方、和諧歡樂。

二、主要任務

1、加強作風建設、提高服務水平。

認真學習園部關於作風建設活動計劃，轉變觀念、提高認識，深刻理解加強作風建設的重要性和必要性。認真參加園部組織的各項學習，關心時事、瞭解時政、理解時局、信任政黨，養成多讀書、讀好書、多看報的良好習慣。提高自身的服務意識，做到微笑服務、愛心服務、耐心服務，讓家長、幼兒真正感受到教師的服務熱情，不斷提高服務水平。

2、增強專業意識、提高科研水平。
