一、指導思想

以本園的《保育員的職業守則》為基礎，以每學期的工作計劃為目標，認真貫徹《幼兒園教育指導綱要》的精神，嚴格遵守認真學習保育知識，不時提高保育質量。積極參與園裏舉行的各種保育學習活動，努力提高自身素質。

二、主要工作

五、不足之處
