一、指導思想

以本園的《保育員的職業守則》為基礎,以每學期的工作計劃為目標,認真貫徹《幼兒園教育指導綱要》的精神,嚴格遵守認真學習保育知識,不時提高保育質量。積極參與園裏舉行的各種保育學習活動,努力提高自身素質。

二、主要工作

五、不足之處

在本學期的工作中,我還是有許多不足之處,如在工作中有時會出現一些急躁情緒,在完成一些工作的時候有些散漫的態度,雖然之自己領悟到“勤”的道理,但有時心裏的“惰”確在作祟。所以有些工作常常會出現個種漏洞,這也也讓我受到了園領導的不少批評。
