四、僱傭合同的解除和終止

4.1合同期滿雙方不再續簽或者雙方約定的合同終止條件出現時，僱傭合同即終止。

4.2經合同雙方當事人協商一致，本合同可以解除。

5.2甲乙雙方均應遵守本合同之約定，任何一方違約，非違約方均有權要求違約方承擔相應的損失。
