學習上，為適應社會和企業發展的需求，我認真學習應用化工專業知識，對本專業一絲不苟，我系統全面地學習了本專業的理論基礎知識，同時把所學的理論知識應用於公司的工作實踐活動中，把所學知識轉化為動手能力、應用能力和創造能力。力求理論和實踐的統一。在學習和掌握本專業理論知識和應用技能的同時，還努力拓寬自己的知識面，培養自己其他方面的能力;積極參加我所在公司的科學研究活動中的各項活動以及對現有生產系統的技改活動的，得到了公司領導的肯定和同事的好評。

光陰似箭,日月如梭，作為應用化工技術專業的我即將告別大學生活。在（改成自己應用化工技術就讀的大學）應用化工技術專業四年的大學校園生活是我人生的一大轉折點，四年的校園生涯和應用化工技術社會實踐生活，有過渴望、有過追求、有過成功也有過失敗，我不斷地挑戰自我，充實自我，學習應用化工技術理論知識，為步入社會和實現人生的價值打下堅實的基礎。

20__年，維修一車間在公司的正確領導下，認真貫徹落實上級指示精神，堅持以科學發展觀為指導，堅持“安全第一、預防為主、綜合治理”的方針，牢固樹立“以人為本“的管理理念，用心踐行”對標管理“工作思路，緊緊圍繞安全生產這一中心，圍繞年度無重大安全生產事故的工作目標，以強化現場管理和嚴格隱患排查治理為重要舉措，狠抓安全管理和崗位職責落實，深入開展各項“安全教育”宣傳活動，從而有效地推進了安全生產工作，全年實現了安全生產無事故。

一、主要工作

(一)從安全教育抓起，提高全員安全意識

以人為本、強化教育、增強員工的安全意識，車間把“提高員工的安全意識，徹底消滅習慣性違章”作為安全管理的重點，開展豐富多彩的安全教育活動，組織全員用心參與，提高職工的安全意識。每年度車間組織全體員工集中學習安全事故案例，並適時參觀學習，引以為戒，強化職工安全意識。每月按時開展防人身事故班組自由討論，變“要我安全”為“我要安全”。車間每週例會由各片區主任對檢修工作中存在的安全隱患進行彙報和總結，定任務定目標進行有步驟的整改。班組每週開一次“安全生產，規範作業”的安全班組會議，讓每一位員工都參與進來，對工作中不安全的因素進行學習和交流。以上一系列舉措使每位職工都能從內心深處認識到安全生產的重要性，極大的提高了整體安全意識。

(二)監督健全車間安全生產工作台帳

班組是安全生產最基層的單位，車間結合工作實際，從小、從細、從實抓起，不斷提高班組長的安全管理水平和安全操作技能，着力提高每名職工的安全自我保護意識和潛力，做好班組安全工作日常管理。車間安全生產工作台帳是車間安全生產工作的具體、真實的反映。其資料有安全生產檢查整改狀況，安全生產管理制度，安全工作會議記錄，特種作業人員培訓登記，上級安全文件學習，工傷事故狀況，安全檢查記錄以及周安全工作總結。各班組台帳的規範全面，促進了車間安全工作的順利開展。每一天的班前會都必講安全資料，並依據安全獎懲制度對員工個人不安全事故進行約束制裁。

(三)用心開展各項安全宣傳教育活動，提升整體素質

在今年的“安全生產月”和“百日安全”活動中，車間緊緊圍繞“安全第一、預防為主、綜合治理”的主題，用心配合公司開展了各式各樣的安全主題活動，透過懸掛條幅，安全承諾簽字，在工作場所張貼宣傳畫和標語。並組織車間全員進行安全知識的學習和答題競賽，確保人人蔘與人人受益。透過車間宣傳欄，對車間員工宣傳夏季五防、危害風險辨識、有害物質急救常識等等，讓員工對特殊危害風險有了更進一步的瞭解和教育。在全年的各項安全生產活動中，車間注重實效，全員參與，確保了安全活動既紮紮實實，又富有成效，車間全體員工的整體安全水平都有了必須的提高，並給員工努力營造了一個“人人講安全、事事想安全、處處保安全”的濃厚氛圍，全面推動公司各項工作邁向新起點。

(四)加強檢修現場的監督巡查，狠抓現場管理

安全管理的重點在現場，為確保生產安全，車間主任及安全員根據各片區重大檢修項目進度，對關鍵環節進行現場安全監護和隱患排查，保證檢修現場安全作業萬無一失。車間所有職能人員都肩負着安全監管的職責，對現場的危害辨識和檢修方案安全可行富有不可推卸的職責，發現違章作業有義務進行及時制止以及彙報車間。為了確保保運生產工作的安全開展，堅持做到對檢修中出現的安全相關問題，及時報告並進行解決，從而消除生產的不安全因素。實行片區主任日常安全巡查，狠抓隱患的排查與治理，採取安全自查與專項檢查相結合，常規檢查與突擊檢查相結合，檢查與整改相結合，不斷消除生產中人、機、環境的不安全因素。車間規定每週最少一次對本車間的安全狀況進行檢查，並把檢查結果及時上報。透過不斷找出安全管理中的薄弱環節、設備隱患和操作過程中的危險點，真正把問題解決在現場，把隱患消除在現場，較好地解決了安全中“嚴格不起來，落實不下去”的問題。

二、存在問題與改善之處

(一)部分生產作業人員安全思想意識淡薄，安全素質較低。

(二)對“三違”現象查出考核力度不夠。

(三)與工段溝通協調還有欠缺。

(四)培養良好的安全氛圍，安全素養至關重要，員工缺乏自我批評及相互配合、互相監管意識。

三、20__年安全生產工作

維修保運一車間，首先將把安全當作首要工作來抓，突出在安全質量標準化的制度建設、安全培訓、班組安全管理、現場管理等方面，

透過加大宣傳力度、組織自檢自查、加強技能培訓、嚴格規範作業，有效的促進車間安全標準化水平的整體提升。繼續堅持全年安全生產無事故的的工作目標，全力以赴、集中精力抓好安全生產工作，力爭全年實現安全事故為零的目標。其次車間將利用各種形式抓好安全教育，以往年公司內外出現的典型事故為教育材料，用心落實公司“百安活動”的開展，並抓好安全生產，做好安全檢查，重點治理、消除各類安全隱患，以確保安全生產。最終細化安全管理，將安全工作落實到每個人，實現人人有安全職責、個個有安全目標，使安全工作層層有人管、事事有人抓、一級抓一級、一級對一級負責，層層抓落實，構成縱向到底、橫向到邊的安全管理。

綜觀20__年維修保運一車間安全工作，目標明確，成績顯著，對全年保運任務的完成起到了很大的保障作用。同時我們的工作中確實存在諸多的薄弱環節和不足之處。我們將正視存在的問題，繼續探索新思路、新方法，以行動來推動安全工作的全面提高。20__年將過去，新的一年又將來臨，回顧過去，我們深感肩上的職責重大和安全工作的重要性，安全工作職責重於泰山。今後，維修一車間將更加努力做好車間安全生產工作，力爭年復一年的實現安全生產工作無重大事故發生。
