（1）新大一，像許多同學一樣，我憧憬過、想象過大學，心中的象牙塔十分純潔，十分神祕。現實中的大學和我想象的大學基本吻合。真的，我很滿意，雖然有許多盡人皆知的“爛”地方，但我還是認為我們的大學很好。就像一張白紙上有一個黑點，如果你認為這個黑點就不好，它就會在腦中無限擴大。周圍的白點也被忽略了。反之它就是一張白紙，一張純潔的白紙。新大一，一張白紙希望用我的人生之筆繪出璀璨的藍圖。

（2）新生活、大學生活那個輕鬆啊！鬆的讓人無所適從。以前的“衣帶漸寬始終不悔，為伊消人憔悴”的諾言完全像煙圈、像泡泡，無情的消失了，破滅了。現在就像一隻沒頭的蒼蠅，有時自己認為連蒼蠅都不如。但我堅信這樣的生活一定是短暫的。這裏的飯食我已經習慣了。在校食堂中我發現一條定律，飯菜遞減定律。剛來時飯菜滿滿的，後來越來越少，現在只有往外跑啊。

（3）新起點：我認為就是人生的新起點。做人做事的起點到大學，就是做大人的學問。學會做大人，提高自己的綜合素質修養。在做人方面，我毫不客氣地説我還嫩，太差了。我知道、我理解，我定會在這荊棘叢生的人生道路上開闢一徑花香瀰漫的長途。首先我會去勇敢面對一切，不怕羞、不氣餒、不怯懦，再次我要開口大聲説出心中的話和每個人，每個集體。面帶微笑，一顆真心。最後我要改掉自己的不好的習慣，只要心中有愛，便人見人愛。

（4）新感受：説到新感受我真的説不出多少。以上也説了不少了，就寫些關於家的感受吧。我現在最想説的一句話是：爸爸媽媽我想回家看看，但是這句話我不會輕易説出口的。只是默默藏在心中。聽説家中母雞抱了一窩小雞，我想看看它們。聽説家鄉刮颱風家中的鴨子受到影響了嗎？水稻成熟了收割了嗎，曬好了嗎？爸爸媽媽好嗎？奶奶身體健朗嗎，姐姐還順利嗎？借一輪明月，將我的思念捎回家鄉，你們聽到了嗎？

（5）愛在左、情在右，走在生命的道路上，隨時播種，隨時開花。有笑有淚，在這條路上不會孤獨。

各位領導、各位同事：大家好！我演講的題目是：站在新起點，我該怎麼辦？中海油運站在新的起點，新在哪裏？我認為有以下幾個方面：

一、我國已取代日本，成為世界第二大石油消費國和進口國。國家又提出了石油戰略儲備計劃，XX年原油進口量要超過1億噸。

二、在公司領導和職工們的不懈努力下，去年贏利了7.58億，今年目標定到9億，比成立時足足增加了3倍，成績令人矚目！

三、中海集團領導審時度勢，李克麟總裁於今年7月提出建設世界級油輪船隊的宏偉目標，預計到XX年中海油運的船舶總載重噸位將達450萬噸，到XX年，更將達到850萬噸，進入世界前6位。公司即將建造的2條vlcc，和將要購進的二條vlcc，為我們展現了光輝的發展遠景和藍圖，我們信心倍增。我們相信：中海油運必將在市場中發展壯大，中海油輪的五星紅旗必將在五洲四洋高高飄揚。中海油運將要實現跨躍式的發展，作為一名青年員工，我該怎麼辦？我認為，首先應從身邊做起，把本職工作做好，把領導交給的任務完成好。記得李紹德書記為我們推薦過一本書，名叫〈把信送給加西亞〉。講的是美西戰爭時，美國總統要聯合古巴游擊隊的首領加西亞。他叫來一名軍官，請他給加西亞捎一封信。軍官什麼都沒問，帶着信，通過層層封鎖線，歷盡千辛萬苦，終於出色地完成了任務，為美國戰勝西班牙贏得契機。從書中，讓我明白了忠於職守，用於創新，勤于思索的道理。我們雖然不是軍人，但商場如戰場，企業的生死存亡與我們息息相關。世界級油輪船隊的宏偉目標，就在我們一點一滴的日常工作中萌動，成長！其次，在競爭中努力學習，從實踐中更新知識，不斷提高自身業務水平，並形成一個富有戰鬥力的知識型團隊。

作為法律科的一員，掌握中國海商法，處理國內官司似乎已夠了，但要讓中海油運走向世界，我還需要學習很多東西。特別是有關國際航運、國際租約方面等知識，我還要學很多很多......在遼闊的非洲大草原上，獅子每天起來的第一件事，就是想如何追上跑得最快的羚羊，而羚羊想的就是比跑得最快的獅子還快。我每天都在問自己，怎麼辦才能追得上中海油運前進的步伐；怎麼辦才能做世界級油輪船隊的優秀僱員！
