按《中華人民共和國著作權法》、新聞出版總署20xx年8月18日《關於進一步加強中國小教輔材料出版發行管理的通知》及教育部、新聞出版總署、國家發展改革委員會、國務院糾風辦20xx年2月28日《關於加強中國小教輔材料使用管理工作的通知》等文件規定，主動向北京市教育研究所進行著作權侵權賠償。

本人代表湖北文化傳播有限公司自願支付北京市教育研究所著作權使用費共計人民幣20萬元(大寫:貳拾萬元整)，以解決從20xx年5月份至20xx年10月份3個學期侵犯北京市教育研究所著作權的問題。

豆丁網是以“用户分享用户”(C2C)為服務模式的文檔分享網站，其網絡用户未經許可在豆丁網上傳了醫師資格考試試題，該行為是錯誤的，豆丁網未能及時嚴格審查並刪除，並特此對給國家醫學考試中心造成的損失及對醫師資格考試試題的編寫造成的干擾深表歉意!

豆丁網將積極配合整改,按照國家法律法規和信息產業部的管理要求，儘快完善網站信息內容的過濾功能:

進一步加大網站信息審核管理力度

本次事件所暴露出來的審核不嚴等突出問題，已經成為豆丁網此次整改的重中之重。

(一)招聘更多專業審核人員。除在招聘過程中挑選有資深相關專業審核經驗的編輯人員，我們將專門開展針對與醫學考試相關的侵權內容審核專向培訓會。
