七、在設置、檢查、維護、更新和拆除户外廣告(門頭招牌)時，避免損壞綠化及其它市政公用設施。

八、設置大型户外廣告時，及時自行向有相應資質的保險公司投保。

九、因該户外廣告(門頭招牌)引起的任何經濟損失及一切法律後果均由本單位(人)自行承擔，法律規定免除責任的除外。

十、自覺服從建設、工商等部門管理。在設置期間，因城市規劃建設管理等需要，本單位(人)願意自行無條件拆除。 特此承諾
