我xx年xx月畢業於師範專科學校。畢業後分配到二十中學參加工作，一直從事英語教學工作，1995年12月晉升為中學一級教師。在平凡的工作崗位上，為油田二十中的發展，我一直默默奉獻着自己的青春和智慧。

一、愛崗敬業，樂於無私貢獻。

三、努力做一個學習型、科研型的新型教師要想做一名優秀的教師，必須是一名愛學習、肯鑽研，並且是善於高教科研的教師。做一名學習型、科研型的新型教師一直是我追求的目標。也正是這一目標，激勵着我在工作中不斷學習、不斷反思、不斷研究。

就專業知識而言，我酷愛學習英語。英語一直是我喜愛的學科，每當我學習英語的時候，我會感到興奮，感到餘味無窮。我常常把我學習英語的感受告訴我的學生，鼓勵他們熱愛英語，激發他們對英語的學習興趣。有時我還把我學習的內容，比如新聞、歷史人物等拿到課堂上和我的學生一同欣賞，有時乾脆用作教學的素材、練習的題目。通過不斷的學習，我的專業知識不斷提升，課堂教學也緊跟時代步伐。每每有外出學習的機會，我都爭取參加，我曾多次到鄭州、北京等地參加培訓。每次學習，我都成績優異，其中20xx年參加油田組織的由外教老師授課的暑期英語培訓班，我以平均96分的優異成績，奪得第一名。
