我的性格略顯內向，不喜張揚。

我喜歡運動，尤其喜歡足球。我還曾經參加過國小乒乓球隊，受過兩年的乒乓球基本功訓練。我還喜愛游泳，喜歡棋牌類遊戲。

為了磨練自己的意志，我從20xx年起堅持天天洗冷水浴，至今已將近5年。

從國小三年級開始，我便參加學校組織的數學奧賽班，對數學和物理有一種天然的喜愛。我認為：數學追求的是技巧，而物理崇尚的是能力——一種以數學知識為載體，分析解決問題的能力。我曾參加過20xx年全國中學生物理競賽，對這一點有更深的理解。為了那次競賽，我曾自學了高等數學的部分課程。我驚奇地發現，微積分理論解決物理問題更加簡便快捷，而微積分只是浩瀚知識海洋的冰山一角。

我媽媽單位的一位同事是北京大學1988年的畢業生。他學的專業是化學，不僅本職工作完成得好，還通過自學成為遠近聞名的計算機高手。這種超強的創新能力和自學能力曾令我深深折服。在我幼小的心靈裏，已經對北大充滿嚮往。

北大，是中國第一學府。這裏培養了一大批優秀的科學家，同時也造就了一大批中華民族的脊樑。我上網查詢過北京大學的有關介紹，國家級重點實驗室就有12個，各類研究所或研究中心有160多個。雖然我沒有到過北大，但我可以想象得出，那裏一定藴藏了數不清的知識寶庫。遨遊北大的校園，吮吸知識的芳香，感受進取的精神，相信每一個親歷者都會受到鞭策和鼓舞。
