國際殘疾人日曆年主題

每年12月3日的“國際殘疾人日”(world disabled day)是一年一度的活動，旨在促進人們對殘疾問題的理解和動員人們支持維護殘疾人的尊嚴、權利和幸福。1992年10月12日至13日，第47屆聯合國大會舉行了自聯合國成立以來首次關於殘疾人問題的特別會議。大會通過決議，將每年的12月3日定為“國際殘疾人日”(international day of disabled persons)。

歷屆主題

XX年國際殘疾人日的主題是：“共建更美好世界，造福全民，造福參與發展的殘疾人”。

XX年國際殘疾人日的主題是“信息無障礙”，意在強調殘疾人在使用互聯網等信息通信技術獲取信息時，不應存在任何障礙。
