工作一年了，結合我自身談談UI設計的重要性。現在主流的論壇建站程序有兩種Phpwind和Discuz(Phpwind被阿里巴巴收購Discuz被騰訊收購這兩個論壇程序都是開源免費的)，下面是UI設計師個人評價：。

利用這兩種程序我都分別建立過論壇，我第一次用的是Phpwind後來我轉用了Discuz(當時我只是略懂HTML和CSS),迫使我放棄使用Phpwind論壇程序的主要原因是Phpwind論壇界面不太好看(現在phpwind設計團隊好像在這方面做了改進)，第二個是很多功能都很難摸清楚，插件安裝很繁瑣。其實Phpwind的功能比Discuz略強大一點。但是我們現在上網大多都會發現論壇網站都是基於Discuz建立的。Discuz為什麼比Phpwind有市場關鍵取決於界面設計和用户體驗設計。

同樣蘋果的iPhone手機賣的很火爆，iPhone的硬件根本算不上高端，也沒有研發什麼強大的手機功能(蘋果有的手軟件件功能智能機基本都能安裝)但是蘋果就是賣的好!大家都知道是因為iPhone的工業設計界面設計和用户體驗設計做得好!

結合各種實例，我們會發現人們的文化素養提高了，應用軟件已經不能僅僅停留在滿足功能需要。

還需要有審美和文化內涵的需求。現在中國勞動力的主力軍是70後80後(未來十年是8090後)而這些人大多接受過良好的教育沒有吃過苦，這些人懂得審美有自己的個性，比較挑剔。這就需要我們的軟件在界面設計和用户體驗設計方面下工夫。這樣才會迎合用户的各種需求。使用户滿意，獲得好的口碑。開拓更廣的市場。

2、 從事一份新的工作，就有新的挑戰，新的歷練，在工作上也讓我瞭解到以前不同的思維、設計、交互方式的差異，更加完善了我對UI設計的理解。

3、 體驗了從需求、立項、設計、研發、生產這一整套流程下的工作模式。 有待進取：

1、 對產品瞭解不夠深：表現在產品使用人羣、產品使用環境、產品的優缺點

2、 對用户需求、操作、習性沒有做過深度有效的調研。

3、 對產品操作上沒有很好的結合使用環境、使用者狀態分析

一、工作總結：

從開始連效果圖都做不好到現在能自己套程序，雖然自己也付出了努力，但是更離不開同事們的幫助。在這三個月裏，我學習了製作網頁的基礎知識。從配色到佈局，從製作效果圖再到切片，再到用dw製作網頁，最後套程序。每一個環節我都沒有鬆懈，不管是在公司還是回到家裏，我都會充分利用時間來學習，補充自己貧瘠的知識。雖然現在的水平還遠遠不夠，但是捫心自問，我在遠洋的每一天都是充實的，沒有虛度，我相信在新的一年裏，通過自己的努力和同事們的幫助，我會學到更多的東西，不管是在技術水平上還是其他方面，都更上一層樓。

二、工作中的不足：

雖然通過三個月的努力，技術水平有所提高，但是還是存在很多不足的地方，因為基礎打的不夠好，很多地方學習起來有些吃力，不停的問同事，也給別人帶來了不少麻煩，因為知識的不足，使得開始的學習有些混亂，感覺不知道從哪裏開始學起，無從下手，浪費了不少時間。

三、新一年的目標：

過去的一年的整體上是緊張的、忙碌的、充實的。因為我剛剛來到遠洋，所以對我來説這也是充滿希望的一年。展望新的工作年度，希望能夠再接再礪，同時也加強自身的能力，工作中與同事多溝通，多關心瞭解其他部門的工作性質，進一步提高自己專業知識技能，積極吸收新的觀念與設計理念，要繼續在自己的工作崗位上踏踏實實做事，老老實實做人，爭取做出更大的成績來。

我們經過痛苦煎熬，終於做出來的時候倍感輕鬆。

在我工作經歷中，讓我感到幸運的就是公司給我這一次就業機會。與以往的工作經歷不同的是，這裏給人一種完全放鬆的工作氛圍，沒有因為測試出的 bug 和不能按時提交的軟件模塊功能而心懷忐忑，接觸的人際關係也不再是有限的技術人員，在這裏我學到很多以前不曾接處的東西，處理人際關係的能力，會不會説讓人喜歡的話，處事的心態等。在此對一個月的工作和生活做一下總結，從中發現自己的缺點和不足，在以後的工作中加以改進，以提高自己的工作水平。
