根據公司黨委關於召開本部民主生活會的通知，這段時間我仔細剖析了自己進公司一年的所作所為，現對自身存在的問題進行進一步的反思，進行批評和自我批評。

作為一名**公司的員工，一名財務人員，對學習、對生活，對自己從事的工作應該始終保持積極向上、奮發有為的精神狀態，不能得過且過，應付了事。在過去的一年裏，我發現自己理論學習的自覺性不強，平時也不能做到系統、全面的對專業知識進行鑽研，僅僅滿足學過了事，對學過的東西也沒有進行反思，沒能把學過的東西和實際的工作相結合。

其次，我對自己的本職業務工作也掌握的不夠全面，特別是對項目上的財務處理方法和流程不夠了解，工作能力有待進一步加強。工作中缺乏開拓創新精神，思想不解放，求穩思想比較重。在工作任務繁重、時間緊、頭緒多的時候，容易失去信心和耐心，工作效率得不到提高。

我的全局意識也不夠強，缺乏和同事之間的協調和溝通。有時候做事只從自身業務或本部門業務出發，對一些關乎全局的工作安排理解不夠，走了許多的彎路。有時工作中還帶點個人情緒，沒能時刻全身心的投入工作。

我決心通過這次批評與自我批評，認清今後努力的方向，要在今後的工作中克服自己存在的不足，嚴格要求自己。

作為一名年輕的工作人員，我要充分認識到自己閲歷淺、經驗少的不足，虛心向經驗豐富的前輩請教，刻苦鑽研業務知識，力爭做好各項工作。在平時的工作中要保持較高的工作熱情和飽滿的精神狀態，多和同事們溝通、合作，做到保質保量的完成領導安排的各項工作。除了不能放鬆對自身專業知識的學習外，我還應該抓緊時間學習其他相關知識，特別是對英語的學習。擴大自己的知識面，爭取做一個多面型、全面型的人才。

在思想品德上，大一開始積極入黨，向黨組織靠攏，成為預備黨員候選人之一;熱愛祖國，熱愛人民，收看中央新聞台等，時刻關注國家和世界時事要聞，當看到食品安全問題，非洲大饑荒，中國船員金三角遭劫持殺害，歐債危機等新聞，我覺得自己很渺小，但是隻有不斷努力學習，提升自我能力才能實現自我價值，改變一切，幫助更多有需要的人。大三時還參加了廣州亞殘會開幕式表演，為世界和亞洲人民展現中國風采，很自豪和驕傲，也是終身難忘的經歷，笑過苦過，但是值得。

在專業學習上，學習的是會計學，是以研究財務活動和成本資料的收集、分類、綜合、分析和解釋的基礎上形成協助決策的信息系統，以有效的管理經濟的一門應用學科，也是一門重要的管理學科。中國高級財務人員稀缺，國際化複合型財務人員同樣也稀缺，所以，通過對財務報表和企業經營情況分析，研究如何改善企業經營管理決策等問題是我一直追求的目標。在實踐中驗證理論知識，體會深刻道理。大學期間通過國家英語四六級考試，全國計算機二級考試等，大一大二拿過獎學金，努力過奮鬥過。現在也一直奮鬥不斷完善自我。
