本人，x年7月畢業於濟寧醫學院臨牀醫學專業，至今工作於張店區中醫院，現在內一科任職住院醫師，於x年7月至今在我院工作一年多;在工作過程中，全心全意為病人服務的思想，待病人勝親人，始終堅持以病人為中心，在院領導、科主任、多位上級醫師的指導下，我努力工作、學習，將書本理論與臨牀實踐相結合，努力鑽研外科專業知識體系，在實踐過程中我取得了不少成績，同時也逐漸認識到臨牀工作的複雜性、多樣性，瞭解到了一些內科疾病的診療新進展。現將本人這一年來的思想、工作、學習情況作簡要總結：

一、思想上，自覺加強理論學習，努力提高政治思想素質。

不知不覺中，一個月的時光又悄悄溜走了。我們每個人又在崗位上做了這麼長時間。在這新的一個月中，我們又有了新的改變。

我有兩個職務——一個是領頭羊學習班長，另一個是專項承包負責同學們的演講。但在這兩個崗位上，卻擁有截然不同的感受。

當學習班長，我可謂是初來乍到。雖説是從一開學就追着這個職位不放，追上了才發現不是那麼簡單。每天，都有各科老師各科課代表的各種各樣的分數等着往學分表上謄抄，必須每天都要記住。還有一些課代表不把分數往這裏報，必須死纏爛打的去要……索性大多時候都是資格比較老的幼鄰在幹這些活兒，所以我還是比較輕鬆的。但我這個人是個稍微有點神經大條的人，有時候、尤其在事情很多的時候會患“間歇性失憶症”，有些很重要的事情總是會被我一拍腦袋忘的一乾二淨，事後在崔老師的催促下才發現自己的疏忽，只能暗自吐舌頭在心裏罵自己了……這一點，也是我下一個月要努力改正的方向吶!

至於負責同學們演講的這個職務，我有時都覺得都不是我在為大家服務，而是大家在培育我——因為我自己從這項職務中可謂獲益匪淺。因為是我點評，所以我決不會像下面竊竊私語的同學那般不用心。我總會安安靜靜、仔仔細細的聽好演講者説的每一個字，也能看出同學們的演講各有什麼優缺點，這樣就練出了“火眼金睛”。我不僅提高了點評演講的能力，久而久之便能“擇其善者而從之，其不善者而改之”，這一點對提高我自己的演講水平也是非常重要的。

可以説，無論哪項工作，我最起碼都能説自己還能讓人滿意。但我還在成長的道路上，我會從承包工作中學到更多，也會把承包工作做得更好!
