在見習的一段時間內，我感受到護士的責任，瞭解到一些知識，有了一些體會：

1、醫要細心，在配藥打針輸液，三查八對和無菌原則很重要，操作前，操作中，操作後，都要校對病人姓名牀頭卡，藥品名稱用法濃度用量。無菌概念要強，配藥戴口罩，針頭污染換一個，無菌操作戴口罩手套。防止藥物交叉感染，醫院的很多東西都是一次性的，用一次就丟了，若在沒有用時被污染了也丟了。

2、做事講求速度技術和質量，還有分工明確，瞭解自己要做什麼，清楚自己的職責，特別在搶救病人。見習期間，讓我知道素質要好點，理論知識強點，而臨牀的都是從零開始，我們下了臨牀都要重新學，所以我們自己要強，什麼不懂的都要多問多學。

3、不管在哪裏都要把關係處理好關係是很重要的，關係好別人才願意教你。不過幹我們這行，只靠嘴上功夫是不行，那就是隻説不做事的，人還是要勤快點，多跑跑腿，對自己還是有好處的。

4、在醫院不要亂説話，不知道就不知道，不要裝懂。對有些不確定的事要去確定，不要給病人家屬好像大概有些不確定的答案，給一個明確的答案。要學會保護自己。總而言之，經過這次見習，我收穫良多。一方面，通過對在校所學到的理論的進行實際觀察，提高了我的知識，也認識到了自己的不足，併成為我不斷學習、繼續前進的動力。另一反面為我以後能夠在護士這一崗位上發揮自己作用做好了前提的準備。

第一次以醫護人員的身份進入醫院，對我來説一切都是那麼的新奇，看看這摸摸那。站在護士的角度審視醫院的一切，很多事情都是很新鮮。

一、第一天早晨就看着護士打針發藥測量生命體徵。看着護士很忙碌的身影，我也不敢插話打擾，因為不熟悉醫院的流程，只能跟着護士們後面打轉，拿棉籤，遞藥水，拔針，掃地等一些瑣碎的事。

一天下來，體會了一回做護士的苦辣酸甜。才發覺本來做護士並沒有我設計中的那麼複雜。護士的使命就是一個字“累”。我每天隨着他們跑都累得不行。而他們不但要不斷的在病房間走動。還要給病人扎針換藥。抱負上比我累多了。但她們一句牢騷也沒有。只是聽我在那喊累。提及來真是慚愧。

一名護士，只要在使命崗亭上。她就充斥了力量。她們全身心的投入在一場戰役中：把本人的生氣心願完備展現在病房表裏。把本人的能量連同微笑毫無生存的貢獻給病人剛進入病房感覺很茫然，不是以前以病人或者病人家屬的身份進入。這一次真真切切的以見習護士身份進入。忽視的工作非常繁重，儘管在未進入臨牀之前進在個方面聽過，但真正進入病房後，感觸又深了。一天下來，我發現護士的活很零碎，很雜亂，也可以説很低微。什麼活都幹，看着她們我才真正意識到自己選擇的是怎樣的一條路。

二、見習時，我跟隨帶教老師。仔細聽取講解與指導。領會了很多醫療配備的基本操作。飽覽並理論了很多種醫療操作。好比生命體徵測定（體重、血壓、呼吸、脈搏、體温）、心電監護、霧化吸入、血氧飽和度測定、靜脈滴注、器械消毒等等。有很多業餘儀器我都是第一次見到。有很多看似複雜的照顧護士操作，真正做起來才曉得並非如此。在醫院的短短四周。別緻事物連續不斷。時時給我帶來興奮的打擊。

我充斥好奇。留神察看。自動發問。護士們耐煩的給我講解。使我領會到了一些醫療儀器的使用方式、基本放肆了照顧護士操作的方式和留意事項。她們生動的綜合一個個看似複雜的操作。而且在規章制度答應的條件下給我很多理論的機遇。讓我有機遇使用這些儀器和配備。理論照顧護士操作。這些都使我對未來處臵的使命有了確定的感性相熟。

三、實踐的另外一個方面是可以學到在學校裏學不到的東西。人際溝通，社會經驗就是很重要的內容。在同一個科室要處理好醫護關係、護患關係，更重要的是要處理好同事之間的關係。在醫院會遇到各種各樣的病人和病人家屬，各種情況都在考驗一個護士的應變能力，我們要用耐心和責任心去對待每一個患者，要以理讓患者家屬信服。最有體會的就是有一位患者出現厭倦治療的情緒。

老師很幽默地勸他，曉之以理，動之以情，發動家屬的力量，好説歹説給他打上針，按上心電監護。這就説明護士對待病人決不能情緒化，不能意氣用事，要站在患者的心理來考慮問題。形形色色的人很多，怎樣與人打交道也是很重要的。這些都是見習積累的一點社會經驗
