實習是每個應屆畢業生對自己本專業所學知識的掌握程度的一個很好的檢驗機會,通過近一年的實習,我深深體會到了將理論與實踐結合起來的不易,也通過這一個月的努力,使我熟悉了外貿業務的工作流程,外貿公司的組織機構職能,為我今後真正踏入工作崗位積累了一定的實踐經驗。

XX年6月份離開學校,回家,然後7月份一個人奔到了一個發達物資化的城市——深圳。所幸在深圳有親戚,但是因為是在郊區,找工作什麼的都不方便,所以輾轉了近一個月的時間。那時候很茫然,也很有壓力。畢竟在這樣一個發達城市,有着大把的人才。但是我又是很幸運的,第一次出去找工作,買了份地圖,去了人才市場,試着投了幾份簡歷,然後通知面試。那天很早起牀,坐車,問路,到了那家公司,其實那次不知道為什麼,我很自信,就覺得我一定能獲得這份工作。兩個多小時的筆試,面試,很自然的談話,然後我順利通過了。

特別開心,公司地段環境都特別好,處於高級寫字樓的高層,佔了整層寫字樓的一大半。公司成立於1978年,一家美資企業,做玩具出口貿易。同時在美國,中國台灣,香港,上海都有分公司,在英國,澳洲都分別設有辦事處,公司成員有一百多人。並且有自己的工廠,設在惠州,有員工兩百多人。

我的職位是國外業務助理,分在madd組。madd是澳洲的一家公司,通過我們給他找生產廠家,給我們提成。所以就是我們組要給我們公司及madd兩家公司做業務,也就有兩個老闆,所做的事情也就比其他組多,也複雜。我們深圳公司有員工五十多人,有業務部,財務部,商品部,船務部,工程以及美工部。

公司有住宿,就在公司的對面,三室一廳的房子,所有的傢俱電器都是全的,空調,電視,dvd,冰箱,洗衣機,微波爐等等。住7個人,雖然人有點多,但是在深圳,公司能提供這樣的住宿條件也是很不錯的了。每天8點15上班,7點半起牀,洗涑,吃早餐,然後到公司,刷卡,再開始一天的工作。我們業務部每天都要開早會,每天都有不同的人主持。主要是統計前一天的工作情況,驗貨,交貨情況等等,以及當天的工作安排。每週五的會議記錄是由我們組來做,我做了幾次,很頭痛,因為講的很快,事情又多,根本記不清楚所有的東西。後來由主管教該怎麼樣科學的記這些東西,然後整理。剛開始進公司,對所有的東西都是茫然,不知道自己該做什麼,不知所措。所幸的是,主管很好,27,8歲左右的女孩,就帶着我,一點點的教。這點我很感激她。因為很多公司的老闆都會告訴你,公司不是學校,不是讓你來學東西的,而是要你來工作,為公司贏的效益的。所以,謝謝我的主管!因為公司客户多,業務很雜,最開始就要學在貿易系統裏打定單。這是件很重要卻又比較複雜的事情,定單裏包括working pa-pe-r,p/o,poi等等很多東西,而且是全英文的,任何一個小小的地方出錯都會釀成不同的後果。當然我出過很多錯,定單數量,交期,價格有問題。側麥主麥印錯等等很多。

幸好我們的定單打出來都會先交到主管那裏審核,再交給總經理,然後才會發出去。最開始學的時候,我一天才能打三份定單,而且全是錯。所以,光學習這個貿易系統,做到能獨立做,我花了一個多月的時間。後來的定單就不用交給主管審核了,直接發到工廠。有一次我的定單數量有錯,讓老闆白白做了4000多美金的庫存。然後就是被請到總經理室,一頓教育。

學會了很多東西,整個國際貿易流程,業務和財務,船務,商品之間的關係。每張定單做結算,寄送樣品,接到定單通知船務定倉,等等。都是很煩瑣又細緻的事情。我們的郵箱每天都會有好幾百封郵件,所以,其實我們大部分的時間也就是在處理那些郵件,不停的收發,回覆。辦公室的電話每天也都是在一刻不停的在響。
