在我五年的工作經歷中，前幾家公司我都是在財務商務部門工作，這一次完全不同，命運把我拉進了一個銷售的團隊中。財務商務一直是個嚴謹要求數據精確的部門，而銷售部門向來是個充滿活力與朝氣的，兩者的雖有不同，但我做的工作是將兩者承接。在銷售的團隊中業務人員永遠是衝在第一線的，而我所要負責的工作就是在後方給他們強有力的支援與協助，由我來負責的工作內容主要這麼幾項，按我心中的次重點劃分：

1、業務人員每月的日常費用報銷，這是每月工作的重中之重，xx部在全國各地都遍佈着渠道銷售經理，每月幾十號兄弟姐妹的報銷收據將快遞到我這裏統一整理、粘貼、填報銷單、審核單據合格性，報批，直至最終與業務人員核對報銷款。這項工作並不難，在這方面我也有豐富的工作經驗，唯一的小不同是各公司對於費用處理都有自己的方式，大同小異，前期有些地方做的不到位，經過與導師與相關部門的溝通，現在這部分工作已經熟悉可獨立完成。

2、每月終端推廣員打款，這個工作相當於出納的工作，唯一不需要的就是記賬，每月初會有終端推广部的同事負責提供打款清單，按照清單認真打款即可，需要注意的是要仔細，每一筆款的匯出都不能出錯。

3、代理商激活獎勵的複核，公司業務的模式，簽約一代與聯盟商，對於每月完成提貨任務的代理商與聯盟商將給予一部分的獎勵，此獎勵以返利的形式出現，每月商務人員會在系統中調出數據，並根據獎勵標準計算獎勵，我所負責的工作即將商務人員提供的獎勵清單郵件給各辦經理進行核對，並收集反饋意見，本人在此屬於橋樑紐帶的作用。在此提出建議，建議公司的系統研發部門繼續優化改良系統，因在系統使用過程中時常會出現數據當日與他日查詢不一致的情況，對於客户來説數據前後不一會給造成不良的影響。

4、竄貨以及業務經理激活增長獎勵的核算，這部分也是對代理商與業務經理工作的一種督促，在系統中調出數據，按核算標準列表，後交相關人員核對，最終報批。

5、辦事處行政預算審核，每月根據年初的行政預算分解預算表提交各辦事處做預算，收集預算表籤批，每月做費用報銷以備查用，嚴禁超預算報銷。

6、box，qd系統的日常維護，這是公司自行研究的系統，現在主要工作是開通權限，目前還在摸索中學習。以上內容是每個月工作的重點，當然還有平時還會有臨時性的工作，比如給行動的中獎人員打款，代理商會議信息的蒐集整理等等。上述的這些工作我都能夠適應，在工作前期工作過程中難免出現焦躁的情緒，經過溝通與自我調結，已無礙。

在4月份的時候公司開了一場別開生面的運動會，兩三年沒有時間參加集體活動的我，在這場運動會中心情異常興奮，彩旗下ceo的宣詞中所講的“存在即卓越”的文化，內斂中透着自信與霸氣，也許我平凡，我平凡的存在必定會創造出人生中的不平凡！在這裏工作的兩個多月中，與同事相處融洽，工作順利，心情愉悦，希望自己今後在工作過程中要戒驕戒躁，細心，專注，為人着想。
