積極參加各種形式的政治理論教育，善於提練和總結。**年5月至7月借調解放思想大討論辦公室期間，負責思想政治宣傳工作，參與各階段活動實施和總結，無論思想或是政治理論水平都有飛速進步;之後，在學習貫徹“三個代表”重要思想再掀新高潮活動中，能夠認真學習領會，再創新成績，撰寫的總結在《組工快訊》第39期發表;積極參加以公道正派為主要內容的“樹組工幹部形象”集中學習教育活動，完成各階段總結和整改，政治素質得以提升;還於今年10月參加了入黨的積極分子入黨前理論培訓班，取得了優異的成績，並於今年年底被髮展成為預備黨員。

二、在區委、區政府的正確領導下，各項工作開創新局面

針對分管工作的特點，我合理安排時間，堅決服從領導安排，同時積極發揮自己的主觀能動性，勤于思考，力爭有新意、有突破，在自己所負責的工作中均有突出表現。所負責的黨校工作較繁雜，在人員僅配備一名的情況下，我能獨擋一面，做到年初有計劃，年終有總結，極力辦好各類培訓班。全年共舉辦培訓班21期，完成調研文章2篇，參加研討學習會1次，其中調研文章《試論全面建設小康社會的內涵、要點及思路——學習xx大報告的.體會》在**市xx大精神理論研討會上獲三等獎;積極配合全區遠程教育網絡站點的建設工作，在城區共建設三個站點，開展和組織收看活動6次，觀看人數達上千人;認真負責各站點的維護和播放工作，遇事冷靜，能夠切實地解決問題，還發揚互助協作精神，多次通過電話或上門為兄弟縣區答疑解決實際問題，並被市組指派為全市站點維護技術員。在負責的黨組織建設工作中，能快速熟悉黨內統計數據庫的操作和管理，在短時間內掌握了一定的黨建知識，動態地、持續地做好統計工作，多瞭解基層情況，把握好工作的尺度和力度，高效率、高標準地完成了工作。在檔案管理工作中，井然有序地分類排列檔案，建立了便於查詢的目錄，並對零散檔案進行登記和及時歸檔，防止了檔案的遺失，對檔案分放了如指掌，隨時隨地都能快速地查找檔案，還預備利用數據庫軟件完善檔案管理，簡化工作程序，此項工作正在籌劃進行中。全年共整理檔案2套，送往市組接收驗收合格，收集零散檔案439份，查閲檔案66人次。在負責的部內計算機及辦公設備的管理維護上，能夠做到有條不紊，有問題及時解決或送修，保證了工作的順利進行。工作中我從不計較個人得失，工作分工不分家，尊敬領導，團結同事，樂於助人，時刻以一名黨員的標準嚴格要求自己，工作表現是有目共睹的，得到了上級領導及同事的認可和好評。

三、參加各類業務學習培訓，業務水平邁上新台階。

年初，參加了為期4天的檔案員培訓，課上我認真做筆記，課後提問消化，不但順利完成了培訓任務，還幫助和輔導別的學員完成了實踐課程，並取得了結業證書。隨着全市遠程教育網絡站點陸續建成，我參加了歷時3天的站點技術人員培訓，因掌握培訓內容較好，還被委任為的一位老師助教，協助老師並教導其它學員較好地完成了培訓任務。之後，還參加了**市城區通訊員培訓班，在對信息與新聞有一定了解的同時，也全新認識了通訊的重要性和幾種基本形式，信息報送工作有了較大進步，下半年共報送信息4次。年末還參加了黨內統計幹部的學習培訓，培訓歷時7天，培訓中我能充分利用專業知識，在學習中融會貫通，並在電腦共享被禁止的情況下，利用映射為學員們開通資源，較好地協助老師完成了教學。

四、存在問題及明年工作計劃

辭舊迎新，在總結本年工作的同時，針對自己經驗不足及知識面薄弱等問題，我對明年工作也提出了初步設想。一是繼續加強理論學習，牢固樹立“學習是第一位任務”的觀念，認真學習閲讀今年未讀完的6本書，做好讀書筆記和撰寫讀書心得體會;二是繼續加強業務學習，積極爭取參加各類培訓班，做業務上的行家能手，做專業上的尖兵骨幹，使工作再上新台階;三是密切聯繫羣眾，多下基層，以便了解情況，發現問題及時彙報，更好地開展工作。

面對領導及同事的期許，我滿懷信心，相信在黨的領導下，我一定能把工作做得更好，名副其實地成為一名真正的共產黨人。
