1. Confuse: vt.使困惑;使混亂;混淆。可以與介詞with連用，表示“把…同…弄混了”。 比如：

I often confuse you and your brother.

我常常把你和你哥哥弄錯了。

由confuse演變而來的形容詞有confused和confusing，兩者有什麼區別呢?一般説來ed形容詞用來形容人，表示“感到.…的”;ing形容詞用來形容物，表示“令人…的”。 confused表示“感到困惑的，混亂的”。歌詞”You're telling me you're so confused”

意思是“你告訴我你是那麼彷徨”。再舉一個例子：

The question is so hard, and we're getting confused.

Confusing表示“使人困惑的;令人費解的”。比如：

2. Make up one’s mind: 下定決心。後面接動詞不定式表示下決心做某事，比如：

4. Have a change of heart: 改變看法，回心轉意。
