英語不定代詞學習：other,the other,another和others

Other：其他的，另外的，別的。例如：

He’s married with Mary but he often goes out with other women.

他已經和瑪麗結婚了，但他還常跟別的女人約會。

The other：(兩個中的)另一個人或事物。例如：

I have two books. One is Chinese, the other is English.

我有兩本書。一本是中文的，另一本是英文的。

Another：(三個以上中的)另一個人或事物。例如：

Can I have another apple?

我能再來一個蘋果嗎?

Others：其他的、另外的、別的人或事物，相當於“other+可數名詞複數”。例如：

Some people came by car, others came by bike.

有些人是坐汽車來的，其他人是騎自行車來的。
