第一，正視困難，堅定信心。當前，在金融危機的影響下，企業出現了暫時性的困難，優勢產品競爭力不強，劣勢產品競爭力弱的現象更加凸顯。同時，我們也要看到企業的發展正在向好的方向轉變，我們有戰勝困難的信心。我們的信心來自於國家、省市政府的大力支援;來自於我們通過技術改造和質量提升使企業的競爭力有了較大的增強;來自於我們制定的發展思路和發展戰略的正確，是符合市場規律和一工實際的。在國家拉動內需，力促增長政策的帶動下，國民經濟執行出現了積極變化，整體表現好於預期。一季度GDP同比增長6.1%。因此，在困難面前，我們必須頭腦清醒，認清形勢，做出正確的判斷，找準自身的定位和優勢，增強信心，按照公司的發展思路和目標，以務實的作風、靈活的方法、多樣的途徑，排除前進征途中，特別是危機當前所帶來的影響和障礙。我們要求全體幹部職工要經受住攻堅克難的鍛鍊和考驗，發揚勞模精神，立足崗位，紮實工作，就能戰勝困難。

“自己長大了，該學會自強自立了;也該學會幫媽媽分擔家務，不讓她再這樣勞累。想是這樣想，但現實中的我總是逃避做家務事。”“這次，我可不能再逃避了”。我對自己說。並下定決心一定要把碗洗好。首先，我打好水，把碗放在水盆裡;然後倒進一些洗潔精;其次，我學著媽媽洗碗的樣子，左手拿住碗邊，右手拿住抹布，邊轉邊洗，“咕咚”，剛拿上來的碗竟滑落下去，“怎麼辦呢?”我想出了一個好辦法：用手抓住碗的下部，大拇指按住上部，我試了一次，果然可以;過了好一會兒，終於把所有的碗洗了一遍;最後我再換上一盆清水，重新洗了一遍，終於把碗洗好了。看到一個個被陽光照得閃閃發光的碗。我高興極了!

媽媽來了，她看了一下碗，露出會心的笑容!我高興極了，得意洋洋的看著她，心裡美滋滋的，像吃了糖似的!

通過這件事，我深深的感覺到我也可以幫做家務了，我長大了!
