4月11日我們一行12人蔘加__旅遊的德法意瑞+新天鵝堡11日之旅，雖然已經結束，但在我們每個旅客心裡都留下了許多美好的回憶。這次愉快的`境外旅遊，我們要特別感謝歐洲之旅的領隊——__，在整個旅遊過程中，他以“真誠、熱情、周到、細緻”的優質服務給旅客留下深刻而美好的印象。

他思路清晰，業務嫻熟，操作規範，工作責任性強，在整個快樂的旅遊過程中，他沒有忘記時刻提醒旅客的注意安全，不厭其煩地強調在異國遊玩時的防盜意識，在他的友情提示下，我們團隊在整個行程中二次貼身碰到小偷，由於大家都有防範意識，互相照看，互相提醒，我們的遊客很幸運二次躲過此劫，有驚無險，整個旅途由於他的努力負責，在這方面沒有留下任何遺憾。

例1)我們在觀看新天鵝堡外景時，有5個人因太投入拍照而忘了看錶，當我們感到已超過了參觀預約時間幾分鐘，那時我們很沮喪，難得來一次歐洲旅遊，我們多麼想參觀一下新天鵝堡啊，當我們打電話給他時，我們也很清楚是在給領隊__出難題，雖不抱什麼希望，但還是想爭取機會試一試，照理他完全有理由拒絕旅客要求，但他沒有責怪我們，而是用積極的態度跑上跑下與博物館工作人員聯絡，取得他們的諒解，來滿足旅客的參觀要求，這讓我們非常感動，因為他對旅客沒有任何的抱怨，這讓我們更感到非常內疚和自責。

2)在義大利行程結束最後要出關時，我的同事在辦理退稅時護照和機票一塊兒不見了，我同事急得快要“瘋”了，領隊是一個非常細心的人，每到行程的關鍵節點上，他總是很用心地關注著每個遊客，當他知道我同事護照和機票遺失後，他非常冷靜，不是責怪而是安慰，讓她冷靜回想剛才在辦理手續時的情景中，他很快想到去找剛才在她後面辦理的旅客，不出所料，真的被後面辦理的旅客誤拿了，雖說有驚無險，但我們非常感謝他。他是一個綜合素質高又非常稱職的優秀資深領隊，他在整個旅遊服務中，以“熱情、嚴謹、誠信、優質”，為貴公司樹立了良好的企業形象，同時也讓我們深深感受到了__旅遊的企業文化，此次旅遊我們很滿意，這將是我們人生中一次難忘而又珍貴的旅行經歷。在此，向領隊__真誠的付出表示衷心的感謝。下次出行我們還會選擇__旅遊，希望__旅遊越辦越好!

黃山好，黃山人更好

我們是5個聾啞殘疾人，3人在長春上大學，2人在合肥工作。今年暑假，我們5人結伴在外公的陪伴下，參加了華夏旅行社組織的黃山三日遊。一路上受到黃山地區的司機、導遊以及酒店的大哥哥、大姐姐們十分熱情的服務，使我們感受了黃山、感受了關愛和溫暖。

8月1日，我們到了湯口鎮徽府酒店，飯後司機謝師傅開小車送我們去遊覽東海大峽谷3個景點。由於山高谷深我們的腿都走疼了，直到八點多鐘才走出九龍瀑峽谷。這時天都黑了，可是開車的謝師傅還在停車場等著我們，沒人換他的班，他連晚飯都沒有吃。當謝師傅把我們送到徽府酒店時，中環旅行社的湯導遊也早在門前等候了。一見面他就對外公說：“今天晚上我請你們吃飯”外公就問他為什麼，他說一個老人家陪著這麼多殘疾人來遊黃山很不容易，“全社會都在關愛殘疾人，我代表公司和我本人也表示一下敬意吧!”外公說：“你們如此厚愛殘疾人令人敬佩，那我就代表她們5位殘疾人對你們公司和湯導遊的這份關愛表示深深的謝意!”第二天我們乘纜車上了山，在山上幾遇暴雨，我們身體較弱，外公也七十多歲了，腿都疼的支援不住了，挪一步都十分艱難，即使外公給我們做按摩，也難恢復體力，我們只好走兩步歇一歇。眼看天色就要晚了，這可把帶隊的程導遊急壞了，他從玉屏樓到光明頂幾經往返，尋找我們。終於見面了，他樣子很焦急，但他一無批評二無抱怨，還和藹地再三寬慰我們，替我們出主意想辦法，然後他再次下到玉屏樓索道處商量，讓我們六人優先乘纜車下山。我們幾個殘疾人喜出望外，感激涕零。黃山真好，黃山人更好，在此我們5個殘疾人深深地向黃山鞠躬，向黃山人鞠躬，謝謝你們的至親關愛!
