為什麼要把這塊內容放在第一位呢？我認為，不管是學生還是家長，如果沒有意識到一門學科的重要性，那麼他就不會去重視這門學科的學習，結果可以相信，學好這門學科的概率就很小。英語學科，以前在國小是不做要求。但是去年開始，英語學科已經成為了主科，國小主科包括語文數學英語三門學科，而且小升中考試英語也是要考的。那麼意味著什麼，英語應該得到各位家長的重視，以後上了國中、高中、大學，英語都是非常重要的。就拿大學來講，不管你的子女以後學的是什麼專業，英語都是必須考級的。所以我想說的是，國小階段的英語正是打基礎的時候，基礎打好了，以後學起來才能輕鬆。

二、學習英語的方法

在此，我首先把英語書的各個部分以及要求說明一下。習英語離不開聽說讀寫四個方面。聽，上課聽老師，回家聽錄音。每次作業我基本上都會佈置聽錄音跟讀的任務，也要求各位家長簽字，請大家積極配合。英語課一個星期才3節，光靠上課的時間是遠遠不夠的，我們英語老師每個人5個班，想要每個學生去檢查去督促顯然是不可能的，所以還請各位家長在家裡積極配合。說，在國小階段還是有一定的難度的。所以國小階段主要強調背誦，背的多了，英語自然會脫口而出的。我佈置背誦的作業，也請家長在家裡積極配合，我在課堂上也會進行全班背誦、分組背誦以及個別背誦的.方式檢查。讀，在國小階段我認為是最重要的。多聽多讀，英語才能學好。每天不管有沒有英語課，都應該讓自己的子女堅持每天讀15至30分鐘的英語。寫，課本里要求書寫的單詞句子要掌握。

三、存在的問題

1、上課紀律問題（點名3次懲罰）

2、作業問題（校訊通，監督子女作業的人一定要知道作業。

3次以上考試扣分，請家長配合檢查）

3、錯題訂正問題（錯題一定要訂正好，尊重老師，也尊重自己的學習）

4、考試習慣問題

5、習慣不好（作業忘帶、忘做、錯題不訂正、考試題目做漏、不認真、考試名字不寫……）

四、對家長的要求

1、重視英語，一起努力。

2、該簽字的一定要簽字。

3、儘量做到每天都讀英語十幾分鍾。

4、作業問題（檢查作業是否完成、前面錯題是不是訂正好、字跡清楚否、有沒有裝進書包裡……）
