原因很簡單，因為絕大多數人不知道成功的祕訣就是執行力。因此，我今天的演講主題是：大學生如何擁有正確的就業觀。

許三多有這樣的一段語錄：你現在混日子，小心日子把你混了。人不能過得太舒服，太舒服就會出問題。連長也同樣說過：日子就是問題疊著問題，要挺胸抬頭去面對。信念這玩意不是說出來的，是做出來的。光榮在於平淡，艱鉅在於漫長。人不是做出來的，是活出來的。那麼，什麼是希望?今天比昨天好，這就是希望。作為一個大學生來說，“混”可能是我們聽過、講過最多的字眼吧。可是對我們這些快畢業的大學生來說呢?務虛不務實、眼高手低、缺乏實際經驗……這些看法成為應屆大學畢業生就業難的主要原因。高等教育向研究型教育轉型，素質教育成為一個主要內容;企業追求利益最大化，職業技能成為招聘的主要標準。因此，從學校大門到企業大門，還有一段就業的距離。這段距離靠什麼來浮萍?靠的就是各位的執行力!俗話說：井沒壓力不出油，人沒壓力輕飄飄。我們每一個人，在越來越激烈的競爭中，如若感覺不到壓力的存在，危機的存在，只認為“明日復明日，明日何其多”，整日混時間，那麼這種人終將一事無成，必將為競爭所淘汰。要提高自身的素質，必需自我加壓，超越自我，迎接挑戰，要問路在何方，路就在腳下。

各位，你們在學校期間做過兼職的同學請舉手……好，請這位同學起來一下……請問，你叫什麼名字?*同學，在校期間都做過什麼兼職?每天多少錢?固定工資還是底薪加提成?(底薪加提成)……有沒有同伴比你掙的多?有沒有想過她(他)為什麼比你獲得的薪水高?

各位，每逢週末或者節假日的時候，我們都會在大街小巷見到一群群“小蜜蜂”，這種工作就是一種日薪加提成的薪水，你們要相信做好這份工作，日薪最高可達三四百元!果真如此的!我有位學妹，她剛上大學的第一份兼職工作就是做“小蜜蜂”。當時，由於她沒有兼職工作經驗，她又不甘於每天只拿30元的日薪，於是，找到我，來取經。我告訴她一個字“做”!沒聽明白，她又問我一遍，這時，我加大聲亮告訴她“放大膽子去做!就是拉!不用怕!”，一共做了三天，第一天她攢了八十塊錢，回來後告訴我，我一邊點頭，一邊說到“繼續做”;第二天她掙取了二百六十元，是他們做兼職工作人員裡排第二名，她興奮來到我們寢室告訴我，我一邊替她開心，一邊又再次說到“好，繼續做”!就這樣，她擁有很強的執行力，一直做，一直做，第三天，她掙到了三百八十塊錢!我們知道，做“小蜜蜂”是非常非常辛苦的一份兼職工作，在實際工作中，遇到的不僅僅是下肢及喉嚨的一種煎熬!更多的是心靈上的傷疤，它可以不露聲色地毀掉我們。

各位，在你做工作的時候，經驗是你考慮的唯一因素嗎?價錢是你考慮的唯一因素嗎?待遇是你考慮的唯一因素嗎?將你考慮的因素統統拋在腦後吧，考慮考慮執行力!我們在生活、工作中一定要學會馬上行動，懂得實踐比言語更重要!馬克思曾說過：一打子綱領比一次實踐更重要!

華夏大地教育網總經理高松濤認為，儘管高學歷和多年工作經驗都能帶來很好的職業生涯，但對於每一個個體的學生來說，這樣的要求還是有些苛刻。所以，學生通過一些活動和比賽來找工作也是“迫不得已”。企業這樣做也很精明，他們知道這樣才能找到最合適的人才。在理想狀態下，任何人都會回答說，能力要大於學歷。這恰恰給畢業生就業增加了難度。各位，試想一下，具有高學歷，卻沒有工作能力的人，企業會用嗎?……具有超強工作能力，卻沒有執行力的人，企業會用嗎?……而後，又出現一種新的說法。新東方IT教育機構總經理吳雷曾經說，把這個問題放到現實當中，一些企業就對所招聘的崗位要求工作經驗等條件，這實際上是企業從盈利目標異化出來的一種重經驗、輕學歷的“經驗歧視”現象。另外，重經驗、輕學歷的“經驗歧視”現象當然不能完全歸咎於企業，求職者自身也存在著學“不”致用、工作適應能力差、綜合素質不高等問題。

“經驗歧視”是大學生就業難的唯一因素嗎?顯然，答案是否定的!有很多同學認為中國社會大學生就業發展趨勢是“學歷歧視”，認為只要有高學歷就一定擁有一份好的工作，月薪上萬的工作，待遇優厚的工作，天天躺在床上就數錢的工作。那麼，試想想擁有這樣工作的人是怎樣的人?是不是天天吃喝玩樂的人?是不是天天憨懶貪睡的人?是不是天天怨天怨地的人?這類人成功的祕訣只有一個——執行力!

各位，比爾蓋茨可稱得上成功人士吧，李嘉誠可稱得上成功人士吧，成龍也可稱得上成功人士吧。但是，比爾蓋茨大學沒畢業，李嘉誠國中沒畢業，成龍國小沒畢業。他們的成功，難道說跟學歷有關係嗎?他們之所以成功，是因為他們懂得去做才會有結果!每個成功人士的背後會存在種種失敗的經歷，在失敗後，他們並沒有放棄，關鍵是用什麼樣的態度去面對困難。他們選擇了繼續去做!
