首先我要感謝在坐的各位老師在百忙中抽空來為我們完成論文答辯。下面我來介紹一下我所寫論文的大概內容。

我國中小企業發展迅猛,已成為我國國民經濟的重要組成部分,特別是在解決就業和拉動經濟增長方面具有不可低估的作用。資本是企業生存和發展的關鍵性問題，企業要生存和發展就得擁有一定數量的資金。中小企業由於負責較多，經營業績惡化，導致信用急劇下降，銀行拒絕貸款，這樣惡性迴圈。因此，我們對中小企業融資問題和對策的研究就顯得尤為重要。

在寫這篇論文時，我翻閱了大量的資料，首先從中小企業融資的概念入手，來認識中小企業遇到的融資風險問題，通過分析中小企業的融資渠道和融資現狀，從而深入闡述造成中小企業融資困難的深層次的原因，最後對形成原因進行對策的研究，並提出了自己的看法。

經過本次論文寫作，我學到了許多有用的東西，也積累了不少經驗，但是，由於本人能力有限，在許多內容表述上存在著不當之處，與老師的期望相差甚遠，許多問題還有待於進一步思考和探索，藉此答辯機會，希望各位老師能夠提出寶貴的意見，多指出本篇論文的錯誤和不足之處，我將虛心接受，從而進一步深入學習研究，使該論文得到完善和提高。
