認真備課，不拘泥於教材，廣泛查找資料，積極動手製作課件，教學中力求趣味性、教育性、針對性、實用性，為切實培養學生文明禮儀習慣起到一定積極作用。着眼於學生學習習慣的養成。將培訓中學到的理論、經驗運用到實踐中，如建立互助監督學習小組網絡，以促進學生自主學習;作業分層，並通過“自讀作業本”來提供學生的預習、質疑、探究、感悟能力;初步掌握在預習、上課、複習階段所應達到的自主學習要求。

學生基礎知識仍較薄弱，從這次期末考試第一塊題目“積累與運用”看，失分嚴重，日後還應重視基礎知識的運用。

一年來，我繼續體驗着教師這一職業的諸多滋味：有工作的艱辛與壓力，也有收穫的喜悦與欣慰;有求索的痛苦，也有成長的快樂……這些就猶如一串串音符譜寫着我的青春之歌。並且還存在着諸多不足，如年紀輕，教學經驗尚且不足，還需多方面、多渠道學習、總結經驗，尤其對新教材的把握還需提高，對教材的處理藝術還需錘鍊。

但我相信雖然努力不一定成功，但放棄就一定會失敗，成功給予那些有準備的人。總之，我將以發展規劃為基礎，在實踐中對其進行充實，讓自己一步一個腳印，在實踐中拼搏，在拼搏中礪煉，在礪煉中成長。

英語教師的自我介紹 篇16

這一年以來，本人認真貫徹黨的教育方針，遵守各項規章制度，勤勤懇懇，嚴格要求自己，服從領導。

這一年來我服從學校領導的安排負責二個班的英語課程。按照學校的規定，我按時按量地完成了學校安排給我的教學任務。

在具體的教學工作中我堅持做到認真備課、上課、聽課、評課。積極研究教學方法，堅持寫教後感和教學雜記，不斷積累經驗，不懂時立即向前輩請教。盡職盡責做好學校交給我的每一份工作，熱心幫助同事，能團結同事，協調工作。關心愛護學生，關心集體，以身作則，做好為人師表，禮貌待人。

我不斷學習教育方面的知識同時堅持繼續函授專業知識，且不斷的探索兩者更好的結合應用。並積極參加再教育學習，並賦予實踐相結合，取得了初步的成效和發現了很多不足，遇到了很多困難。我堅持看書學習思考，認真總結，不斷地攻破一個個的難題。

在思想我堅持四項基本原則，擁護黨的方針政策，積極參加政治學習和集體活動，做到為人師表，遵紀守法，語言文明，熱愛職業、熱愛學生、教育思想端正，關心學生的全面發展。當然金無赤金，人無完人。我也有我的缺點。總之，我會繼續努力爭取做到最好!
