感激第09屆新聞部的成員以及各兄弟部門，對新聞部工作和我的工作的信任和支持。自__年四月份換屆，我上任新聞部部長一來，一向承受着工作壓力大和對新聞部工作操作不熟悉等問題，使得上任時所作出的許多計劃都落空，比如學院特約的簡報---《綠葉時報》。在改版計劃中，大家都期待院刊能拿出一個新方案，顯然新聞部沒有做好這項工作，還有期望新聞質量有突破性的提高，以重新匯聚人氣，這些都是我這段任期內一向思考的問題。換屆後，原先的新聞部成員僅有三個都留下來，再加上之後加入的三個幹事，新聞部在人員上是充足的，但由於新聞部裏有不少成員在年級裏都是年級委，或者在班級裏任職，工作時間常有衝突，工作熱情未能完全激發。

這份工作評價分三個方面

一是日常工作，主要是新聞報道方面。從數量上看，這段時間新聞部共計報道新聞與評論60餘篇，其中有不少受到生科學生關注，如創新杯講座專題、四川賑災專題等。我們還以新聞評論為突破口，發表了數量相當的評論文章。我們一向強調新聞的質量，以體現的專業素質，還有強調營造健康禮貌的輿論氛圍。突出的問題是在新聞類型的構成上，還是官方新聞佔主導，新聞發現和學生生活類的新聞比較少。的攝影素質和新聞策劃本事還有待提高，可惜的是，計劃中的培訓都未能實施。綜觀新聞部的這個學期的工作各項活動，新聞報道比較及時，取得了必須的成功，在以後的工作中，將會注意有的放矢，在工作中，也存在很多問題:第一，幹事的工作進取性不高，安排的工作有的時候會拖遲;第二，幹事的工作本事有限，培養是個長期過程。在新聞部，確實缺少一些人才，對新聞部今後的發展有必須的影響。還須在以後的工作中，繼續觀察，繼續培養。其工作資料主要有學校文化藝術節之dv視頻大賽現場拍照和後期宣傳

二是部門文化建設。這屆新聞部成員經過近一年的相處，感情都很好，部門內部氣氛友好和諧，並且尊重個人，講究平等自由。我們根據成員的特點，分配他們擅長的工作。我們還經常與前任部長交流與聚會，吸收他們的經驗。其次，新聞部一向堅持高調做事、低調做人的作風，還讓新聞部成員多與其他部門成員接觸交流，參與經驗活動，增強部門的凝聚力，促進部門成員的感情的融洽和對組織的認同感。三是部門制度完善。我們十分重視部門制度建設，完善的制度對未來的每一屆新聞部都有很好的作用。我們對新聞部的公約制度、例會考勤制度、新聞的發佈和審批制度進行了完善，並在成員間強調這些制度的權威性。在這段時間的工作上，我們也發現新聞部的制度很不完善，有很多漏洞，例如我們還沒有構成素質的培訓制度和新聞資料如圖片的存檔制度，在下學期招新前，我們將致力於這些制度的完善和修訂。

對於下學期的招新，我們的計劃

有消息和簡訊，並配有圖片説明，第二期也在9月底與大家見面，共收集了生科院的院活動，進一步充實了簡報的資料。簡報發送至各系團委等處進行學習交流，成為校內外各屆人士瞭解我院工作、一睹生科院風采的窗口。在做好簡報修改工作的同時，新聞部還設有專門的網絡建設小組，負責消息更新，在改版之後將添加新鮮元素，改變網站風格，以全新的面貌同大家見面，更加及時地報道中心動態。新聞部博客建設也是新聞部的重點工作之一，並創立部門成員的專門相冊，成為內外交流的另一個平台。

在這一學期裏學校的各種活動伴隨着寒暑的交替井然的進行着，管理工程系心理信息部的各項工作也在系團委的有力指導和我係同學的進取配合之下順利的開展了。我部的主要職能：提高我係學生心理素質，消除心理隱患，挖掘心理潛能，促進我係大學生健康發展，本着“為學生服務”的宗旨，我們圓滿的完成了本學期我們部應盡的職責，並且進取地配合學生會其他部門的各項活動。下頭是過去一個學期心理信息部的工作評價：

一、部門建設及工作方面

為了使團組織學生會實力更加強大，心理信息部應時宜，在開學初，我們心理信息部進行了新一界的學生會成員換界，經過嚴格的篩選，最終確定了心理信息部新一屆成員。針對部門工作的需要，為讓部員之間排除隔閡與陌生感，我部不定期的進行思想交流或心得交流，克服學習與工作的矛盾以及生活中遇到的困難，帶領幹事及時的發現問題、解決問題，評價過去、把握此刻、展望未來。

為解決我係大一新生學習、生活、交際方面存在的心理困惑，使其明白大學生活的可貴，明白如何學習、生活，確定目標;對大學生進行素質教育，培養其職責感、上進心，對自我及家人或他人負責;接近教師和學生、學生和學生的距離，共創歡樂生活。我部舉辦了心理講座，並取得了良好的評價。

二、配合其他部門工作方面

在保證完成好本部門工作的同時，我們也協助其他部門開展好一系列的工作：為迎接新一年的到來，我們學生會的各個部門通力配合舉辦了一場精彩紛成的元旦晚會。我們心理信息部全體成員配合其他兄弟部門佈置會場，以及會後整理會場。

三、工作中的不足

由於成員們課程時間不一樣，導致有時活動開展工作中全體成員不能到齊，以後會盡量克服這個困難，協調時間，保證每次活動全齊，以便更順利開展工作。這些缺點我們必須會在今後的工作中避免。

從總體上看，本學期我們心理信息部的工作完成較好，取得了必須的效果。在這學期的工作過程中，我們心理信息部為提高我係學生心理素質，消除心理隱患，挖掘心理潛能，促進我係大學生健康發展，做到工作規範化、有序化，本着服務於同學的宗旨，本着務實創新，深入挖掘的精神，努力奮鬥、大力協作。加強我部與學生會各職能部門的溝通與聯繫，協調各部門組織的活動，配合完成各項任務。我們會繼續以進取的態度和滿腔的熱情配合支持團總支學生會教師及其他各部的工作，為大家服務。
