通過前一段時間的調研，看到在我們中國小英語教師在各自學段的教學中，還存在着一些問題，而這些問題是可以在我們的能力範圍內得到解決的。我想談三點注意事項。

1.給國小教師：國小應儘快改變英語教學發展極不均衡的狀況，（11年五年級畢業考試成績，學情相近的顧鄉片最高和最低的平均分相差26分，）全體教師都應該提高責任意識，而不僅僅是一部分學校和一部分教師，全體教師都要學習地段國小的做法，克服困難，研究教學方法，特別是要幫助中差生培養英語學習的興趣，解決英語學習的困難。在國小階段，幫助中差生比成績優秀的學生更為重要。爭取讓所有的國小生帶着對英語學生的熱愛和自信，以及格以上的成績升入國中。郊區爭取三年內達到這個目標。

2.給中學教師：中學教師應該更全面地更深入地瞭解國小的教學情況，包括熟悉國小的全部的教學內容，在此基礎上才能有的放矢地高效地教學。

11年9月，全區七年級的摸底成績平均分是65分，學生應該從65分的基礎上學習，而不是從零起點學起。目前只有部分學校、教師做了此項工作，他們認真研究學生現狀，提高學生整體成績，減少兩級分化。還有的中學教師參加國小的教研活動，例如，57中這學期選派了業務非常出色的骨幹教師到英語教師數量不足的愛國國小進行支援，這位老師虛心的參加國小的教研活動，瞭解國小的教學要求。

但還有相當一部分學校的教師還沒有認真的研究，或研究的還不夠細緻。如，我去年11月中旬，聽了三所學校6位教師的同一節課，其中兩個a組學校，他們的學生入學平均成績都在70分以上，教師授課內容是七單元"my house"第一課時，"warm up"中學習5個房間的名稱詞和4個表示方位的介詞，這部分內容在國小也是重點，國小的四會生詞表中已包含了其中的4個房間名稱和三個介詞，但所有的6位教師無一例外地對這九個單詞全部平均分配了學習時間，沒有關注哪些是學生已知的內容，造成了嚴重的浪費。此外學生國小還學了diningroom,但無一名教師給學生機會説出已知的詞彙。學生在國小比較熟知的方位介詞"next to, behind, near"也只有三位教師涉及。很顯然，這樣的教學沒有充分地考慮到學生的已有知識基礎。

隨着國小教師的數量的補充，統考要求的落實，相信我們區大部分國小的英語的教學質量是會穩步提高的，因此中學老師為做好銜接的必修課是瞭解國小生的已有知識基礎。途徑很簡單，我們的教研博客中足夠的資料可以閲讀和下載。也懇請各位中學的教研組長在指導20xx年的七年級教學時能夠提醒老師們不要再犯這類的錯誤。

3.對全體教師：必須明確中小銜接中對語音與詞彙的要求，國小不進行音標教學，沒時間也沒必要，規則的單詞按照發音規則可以直呼的，不規則的單詞在國小通過聽音模仿學習。國小教師必須從字母教學開始就滲透讀音規則，詞彙拼讀方法的指導上，教師必須指導到位，訓練到位，不僅為中學，更為學生的終生的英語學家奠定基礎。

七年級的音標教學要在對國小詞彙的發音規則的總結基礎上進行，音標是認讀不規則單詞的工具，能用音標拼讀即可，不需要在音標教學上花費過多的時間，注意提高教學的效率。對於規則的詞還應該延續國小的直呼法，簡單、省時、實用、高效。

如何完成從國小英語到國中英語的過渡

各位領導、老師下午好！

首先感謝各位領導為我們搭建這個平台，感謝區教研室對六年級英語教師的耐心指導和悉心幫助，使我們有機會對國小英語到國中英語的過渡問題進行交流。

剛邁入國中校門的學生，英語學習面臨着從注重聽説訓練到培養學生聽、説、讀、寫四項技能的過渡。因此，國中起始階段的英語教師既要注重知識上的梳理，歸類，做好過渡與銜接；又要關注學生能力的培養。這就要求教師瞭解小、國中英語教學要求的差異，熟悉小、國中教材的內容，然後根據剛升入國中學生的心理和思維特點，制定相應的教學目標，採取切實可行的教學方法，充分發揮教師在教學中的主導作用和學生作為教學主體的能動性，幫助學生實現小國中的自然銜接和平穩過渡。由於各方面原因國小生的英語學習水平參差不齊，這給我們的教學增加了難度。因此，幫助學生邁好中學英語學習的第一步尤為關鍵。在這裏，我把我校日常積累的點滴做法和大家分享。

一、熟悉中國小英語教材，以便融會貫通，

新教材為中國小教學內容的銜接提供了有利的條件。新教材不僅更加貼近生活，而且涉及了學生所關心的話題，如，愛好、交友、運動、健康、動物等，拉近了學生與課本的距離。為了做好銜接，我們可相互瞭解教材並進行認真的研讀.找出連接緊密的知識、能力要求，並在此基礎上制定出教學計劃，以此為切入點，把負擔留給自己，將輕鬆還給學生。

在每屆七年級新生入學後，除了對國小學習的教材通讀外，我們還對學生的學情進行分析，根據摸底測試的情況，進行集體備課，制定出一套切實可行的方案。這屆七年級，我們在正式上課前，在複習國小的拼讀規則的基礎上，進行了音標教學，並對國小《eec》教材中應掌握的常見詞彙、詞類、句式、名詞複數的變化、動詞的單三以及句子的結構和成分都做了比較系統的整理，幫助學生建立語法的概念。讓國小生的英語學習從感性認識過渡到更多的理性學習，為下一步的教學打下了堅實的基礎，也幫大部分學生完成了從國小到國中的初級過渡。

二、為學生創設真實的'語言環境，充分調動學生的積極性

國小生進入中學後，面臨着一個全新的環境。很多學生會對新教師的教學方法、板書、講課時的聲音、言談舉止等不適應。我們可以保留好的國小英語學習的習慣。例如，積極舉手發言；學唱英語歌；做英語遊戲；誦讀英語歌謠的習慣等。充分調動他們的積極性，使課堂氣氛生動有趣。雖然我們的教學內容比較緊，但也不能急於求成。

同時，我們還結合我校開展的"自主-互動"教學模式、學生自主學習能力的培養、課前"精彩五分鐘"演講等具體做法，來培養學生的能力。學生可結合教材內容、實際生活、社會環境等，選擇不同話題作為演講材料。這樣既關注了學生的學習興趣，又加強了對英語國家背景文化的瞭解。同時促進了學生對相關話題素材的積累，為進一步的寫作訓練做好了鋪墊。

另外，我們時刻注意創設、營造真實的語言氛圍。如：在教室的牆壁上，張貼字母表、音標表；課程表可以用英語的形式表現；定期用英語出板報；每天學生用英語作值日生報告，在牆壁上懸掛一些用英語寫的勵志條幅，如："never do things by halves." "where there is a will, there is a way."等。教師還可以給每個學生都起個英文名字。在課堂上，教師儘可能用英語講授，並鼓勵和引導學生大膽説、反覆練。環境的薰陶加上課堂上的大膽操練，不僅能提高學生的學習興趣，而且能提高學生聽説的能力，為進一步學好英語，打好基礎。此外，根據七年級學生的特點，我們就可以用一些遊戲來吸引他們的參與，將枯燥的講解變成生動活潑的情景體驗。如：在詞彙教學中，為幫助學生熟記所學單詞的拼寫，不斷增加詞彙量，並能區別詞類，我們常用一些拼詞和猜詞遊戲。如：在學習"families"這一單元時，我要求學生用英語介紹自己的家人，並讓學生準備照片、道具，惟妙惟肖用英語表演小品展示給大家。除此之外，我們還舉辦了一些第二課堂活動來調動學生的積極性。如：誦讀比賽，單詞競賽，交際應用，課本劇表演。

三、在常規教學中，關注課堂實效，全面培養學生的語言能力

小升中之後，我們遵循新課標，要創造性地設計教學內容，吸引學生參與，使學生通過思考、調查、討論、交流和合作等方式，學習和使用英語。在國小階段，學生的學習技能的養成以模仿為主，注重一些感性的認識。學生進入國中後，教師應當設法使學生的語言積累、語言的擴展和使用轉化為以聽説為主，逐步向視、聽、説領先，讀寫及時跟上轉化；從簡單英語學習向內容較複雜的英語轉化；也就是對學生學習英語的要求發生了變化。例如：對語言的運用要求、對語法的要求、對寫作的要求以及對英語語言文化背景、相關素養的要求都發生了變化。具體總結如下：

1、將聽説與讀寫有機結合。

國小對聽説訓練比較注重，所以我們在第一課時訓練聽力的基礎上，將聽力材料變成聽寫的形式或閃詞填空，這樣既鍛鍊了學生的聽力，又使學生養成了動筆的習慣。課堂上，將每課書中出現的詞組適時歸納，並讓學生熟練背誦、默寫直至掌握，能夠應用造句，達到活學活用的目的。另外，教會學生記筆記，教師的講課思維都總結在筆記本上，有利於學生複習及記憶。

2.培養學生的語篇閲讀能力。

閲讀可以促進詞彙量的擴展，是英語學習最有效的一種方法。通過閲讀可以培養學生的語感，語感對於提高學生聽、説、讀、寫有着積極的作用，這是學好英語的關鍵。所以閲讀訓練在學習英語過程中顯得尤為重要，而且閲讀能力也是會考當中的重點考察內容。首先對教材的處理上，應以學生為主體，先做背景介紹，進行速讀訓練，然後進行細讀，教師設疑由淺入深，寫作指導可以在閲讀後進行。同時教會學生朗讀並模仿錄音，有利於學生英語語感的形成。課後的閲讀訓練中，閲讀技巧的傳授是必不可少的，一天一篇閲讀、限時閲讀、找關鍵詞，歸納語段，等等。讓學生掌握正確的閲讀方法和技巧，養成良好的閲讀習慣，就一定能提高學生的英語理解水平。

3，逐步培養學生的寫作能力

如果説閲讀是一個語言輸入的過程，那麼寫作就是語言輸出的過程。近幾年來，書面表達在中、大學聯考試卷中所佔的分值越來越大，我們意識到了英語書面表達的重要性，在日常教學中加強了對學生的寫作指導。國小教學中沒有寫作文的要求。因此，必須從七年級學年打好寫作基礎。七年級學生的寫作是一個非常棘手的問題，學生往往出現很多語法錯誤或漢語式的英語寫作。我們在備課時也注重此方面的能力訓練，我們要求學生準備一個作文本，首先從單句練起，將句子熟讀熟背，進行仿寫或替換。我覺得對七年級學生來説，給一些提示詞或圖片進行寫句子的訓練很有必要。它既是對語法及重點詞語的再現，又讓學生學會靈活運用所學知識。剛上七年級時我每天都給學生布置寫句子的訓練，並將他們的錯誤呈現黑板，讓學生修改引起注意，逐漸又引導他們在背誦課文的基礎上進行仿寫，或讓學生記下一些美文進行誦讀，有必要時將好的詞句摘抄並要求背誦，作文有選擇性地進行面批，學生之間互批，有針對性地講解，久而久之，孩子的寫作能力自然就提高了。初四畢業再翻看學生的寫作本，猶如見證了一個人的成長經歷，那種收穫是難以言表的。

4.分級管理、加強輔導與反饋

想當好一名英語教師必須懂得付出。我們英語的教學比較瑣碎，每天都有許多背誦的內容，有時很難讓每個學生都能夠掌握。我們充分調動學生的積極性，以老師監控，學生管理學生的方式相互促進。如，每組選出一個負責人，每兩桌（四人）設一名小組長，協助教師做好每天的小測及考察背課文工作，效果比較明顯

5、教會學生審題，做題。

學生在國小階段做題量較少，相對中學的試題也較簡單，因此學生審題能力較弱。基於這種原因，我們由淺入深地設計了適合七年級學生特點，難易適度的課堂測驗小卷，及時反饋當堂課所學的內容。再進行二次備課，歸納出重點、難點，將易錯點、考點進一步篩選，時刻掌握學生學習動態，幫助學生做好知識的鞏固與梳理，所訓練內容與會考接軌。

四、永遠給學生以信心

"成功教育賞識教育"能增添學生的自信感和成功感。多給學生表揚，及時鼓勵學生的成功，使學生保持學習的熱情；儘量讓每個學生每堂課都有發言的機會。學習困難的學生最害怕考試，為了幫助他們克服害怕考試的心理，可根據學生的實際程度，制定出不同的層次要求。根據學生的個體差異，對學生的學習評價實行"同分不等值"，多角度、多方位、多層面、多形式進行分層評價。比如在考試中我們設立了標兵獎、進步獎、最佳書寫獎、組內最佳合作獎等，以鼓勵不同層次的孩子。結合第二課堂活動及七年級孩子的特點，我們舉辦了單詞競賽，英語課文誦讀比賽，小作文寫作競賽等活動。鼓勵各個層次的學生參與，使他們各有不同收穫，體驗成功的快樂。

總而言之，讓學生從國小平穩過渡到國中，並非一勞永逸，要使他們在國中乃至今後的更高水平的英語學習道路上邁出堅實的步伐，還需要我們教師不斷探索，不斷研究，不斷努力。我也希望我們能有更多的機會互相切磋交流，共同為我們的學生撐起一片英語的藍天。
