我國偉大的教育家陶行知先生，從小立下了我是一箇中國人，我要為中國的教育事業作貢獻的座右銘，併發起組織了中華平民教育促進會，提出了生活即教育，社會即學校，教學合一三人教育理論，倡導千教萬教，教人求真;千學萬學，學做真人的教育思想，在中國教育思想界產生廣泛而深遠的影響，他以捧着一顆心來，不帶半根草去的赤子之情，默默地為人民教育和民族的解放事業鞠躬盡瘁，奮鬥終身。
