尊重——因為我還年輕，缺少豐富的經驗和閲歷，所以一定要做到尊重別人的意見，虛心接受別人的教誨。另外，尊重也是一個人的自身素質和修養。所以在學習經驗的同時，學習尊重也尤為重要。

當我離開多姿多彩的大學生活，來到這裏塑造我的人生，雕刻我的夢想的時候，就已經為自己的人生做好了規劃，把自己的理想銘刻於心中，做一個甘於寂寞，敢於創新，幹勁十足的年輕人。

“士不可以不弘毅，任重而道遠”作為一個80後的年輕人，一個國家，一個民族的希望所在，心中無不閃爍着夢想，那麼現在就是我們努力實現夢想的時候。當前我們正處於一個承前啟後，繼往開來的轉折點，有一大批的工程項目等着我們去建設，有一系列的技術等着我們去攻關，有一大片市場等着我們去開拓，有一整套的經驗等着我們去探索。

當一個人把自己的青春融入到自己的事業的時候，那麼他的青春不會流失，他的事業也必將在歲月的歷練中折射出耀眼的光芒!“有的人活着他已經死了，有的人死了他還活着，生命的意義在於活着，並且要好好活着，正如《士兵突擊》中的許三多，總是説要好好活，總是説好好活就是做很多有意義的事，那麼什麼才是有意義的事呢?怎樣才能活的更有意義呢?我想那就要奉獻。如果我們不付出，不創造，不追求，不奉獻，那這樣的青春必會稍縱即逝。回首過去，沒有追憶，人生渺茫，這絕對不是我們活着的意義。

我們選擇了工程單位，從某種意義上來説，就已經選擇了奉獻。遠離了都市的繁華，城市的喧囂，絢麗的生活，時尚的氣息，沉澱了心情在這裏駐足，紮根。我們是失去了一些東西，但是我們沒有失去最為寶貴的青春，我們也沒有辜負自己的青春，因為我們正用汗水見證着成長，用奉獻丈量着價值，擁有青春的人們在這原本荒涼的土地上創造人生的奇蹟，抒寫青春的樂章。

我們項目部就是是年輕的一分子，就是青春的象徵，在這裏的年輕人們都擁有着美麗的青春，我們是熱血沸騰的一代，雖然我們出生於不同的年代，工作在不同的崗位，但我們擁有一個共同的家。在這裏，我們信守着同樣的企業精神，寫下同樣的奉獻承諾，懷揣着同樣奮鬥的夢想，擁有同樣的壯美青春。縱使我們的一生平淡無華，也無關緊要，因為只有我們自己最清楚平凡的崗位需要我們付出，完美的工程需要我們付出，構建和諧企業更需要我們年輕人共同付出，而這些付出無疑就是一種奉獻，它不分大小，多少，先後。讓我們悄悄地奉獻，因為我們的人生會因為奉獻而變得充實美麗。

擁有青春的人們，讓我們拿出奧林匹克的精神，點燃心中的聖火，在和諧社會的大環境下，釋放青春的激情，展現青春的風采，秀出激昂的主旋律，為公司的明天而努力奮鬥!

尊敬的評委、敬愛的老師，親愛的同學們：

大家上午好!

我是來自××的××，今天，我演講的題目是《丟棄惰性，奮鬥夢想》!

説實話，當初報名參加這個演講比賽的初衷只是為了鍛鍊一下自己的能力，根本就沒有考究這次比賽該講什麼?而當我真正知道演講的題目是“放飛夢想，暢響自強”的時候，我茫然了。因為我根本就記不起自己的夢想是什麼?

回憶當初，大學聯考失利後無奈只能選擇一所三本學校就讀的時候，我就暗暗發誓，我必須在大學裏好好努力，一定要把大學聯考留下的遺憾給補回來，一定要創出屬於自己的一片天地。

可是上了大學後的我卻在大學寬鬆自由的環境中變得墮落頹廢，早上賴牀睡懶覺，晚上卧談到深夜，一有空餘時間就往網吧裏鑽，學習對於我來説似乎成了一件奢侈品，現在的我也早已習慣了自由懶散，我的內心也已經麻木了，根本不知道理想是怎麼回事了。

然而這次演講的主題深深地觸動了我，也深深的把我給激醒，在準備這次演講的過程中，我似乎明白了許多，成長了許多。人的一生很短暫，如果一個人活在世上的唯一目的就是平庸地活下去，那麼這個人就是在世上流浪了一輩子。一個人只有樹立遠大的理想，並且為了這個理想而不為挫折，堅持不懈得奮鬥下去，才能完成一個人應該完成的事。

有些人或許在懷疑自己是否有這個能力，質疑自己的資質。而我想説的就是發光並不是太陽的專利，我們同樣可以，要想別人看的起自己，首先得自己看的起自己。每個人都有自己潛在的能量，只是很容易就被習慣所掩蓋，被時間所迷離，被惰性所消磨。所以我們必須樹立起自己的夢想一步一步的往前走，終究會觸及夢想的邊緣的。河大工商學院曾和我一樣落魄迷茫的朋友們站起來吧!夢想總是為願意奮鬥的人準備的，讓我們都從一個微不足道的開始而為自己的夢想而努力吧!

也許在這過程中，我們會遇到許多坎坷，但我們都得明白“天將降大任於是人也，必先苦其心志，勞其筋骨，餓其體膚，空乏其身，行拂亂其所為。”挫折是必定會有的，但我們不應該有所畏懼，因為我們的夢想在前方，我們有着一雙可以為夢想而努力的雙腳，就算倒下了，我們也要毫不猶豫的站起來繼續走下去，用《亮劍》裏面李雲龍的一句話就是“死，也要死在衝鋒的路上”。我們都要“是人當自強”，説到“自強”這個詞，我曾刻意地查過它的含義，字典上的解釋就是：自己努力向上。不要在乎自己站在哪個位置，只要堅持自己夢想的方向，自強不息，時刻鞭策自己激勵自己，那麼最後我們也同樣會站在輝煌的至高點，並且有可能我們會比別人站得更高，因為我們一直在努力向上。沒有比腳更長的路，沒有比人更高的山，我們只要積極努力向上，不斷地超越自己，我們就可以驕傲的對着天空説我的未來不是夢，因為我們一直在做一個努力向上，不斷超越的自強之人。

同學們，雖然我們現在的起點會比別人低，雖然我們看起來

不如別人，但是，我堅信，總有一天我們會爬上高峯，跟起點高的人同一高度，因為，只要有夢想，只要有一個為夢想而發憤圖強的心，我們的未來都不是夢。那麼，同學們，讓我們玩起手來，讓我們從今天開始告別昨日的墮落，讓我們為自己的夢想而努力奮鬥吧!
