您好!很感謝你長期以來對我的關心與支持!現在的我已不再是那麼憂鬱、自卑的楚昕了。真的，自從接受你的一對一心理輔導，聽取你兩天的nlp心理課程後，我懂得了應如何調整自己的情緒。因為我本身就是一個感性的人，遇到一點點事就極易生氣、鬱悶。而你使我明白我的這些情緒都源自內心的感受，更確切説是我遇到事情時，總是那麼的無奈，更有一種無力感。它使我成為情緒的“奴隸”，無法從正面去感受、取捨，它同樣也成為我工作上最大的“敵人”，不能讓我有效地作出判斷，致使我和同事之間鬧得不愉快，它嚴重成為我走向成功的絆腳石。我為此而煩惱不已，我不斷去尋找解決方法，聽取很多課程、諮詢心理輔導師，卻試而不成。結果一次偶然機會，我接觸到顧老師的心理學課程，説實話開始我只是抱着試試看的態度，沒有想到當我進入課堂，聽取“十二條前期假設”使我有太多的震撼。例如：

1、沒有兩個人是一樣的。它指在這個世界上沒有兩個人的人生經驗、想法做事態度、信念、價值觀、規條等方面完全一樣。

而我呢。總是自以為是，總想去操縱他人同我一樣，結果是我和同事之間產生很大的矛盾，我只有尊重他人的不同處，別人才會尊重我的獨特地方。給他人空間，則是有利於我們之間更好的溝通。

2、有效果比有道理更重要

以前我只強調做法正確或講出道理而不去顧及這些是否有效果，他人是否會接受、認可。由此看來，我所堅持的道理不能放在他人身上。因為那些道理只是我自身的一些信念、價值觀和規條而已，所以我辛苦地在那講的一些言語，無論有多麼激情，也不能使他人接受。只有在有效果上加理論方面的認可，才有機會改變收聽效果，達到真正的和諧!

在聽取顧人福老師的課程中，我才真正明白我自身有太多的盲區，有太多的方式是沒有效果的。我在工作中遇到的問題以及和同事之間的矛盾出在什麼地方，課程使我有了整合。回到家，我就告訴自己，我不要再過這樣的生活，我要把顧人福老師的課程帶入我的生活、工作中，我要從中獲取更多的成功快樂!

首先，我要自信，我要接受自己、認可自己，我在接受顧老師的“撒金粉”的個案，使我從中獲取更多的力量，使我藉助更多人的支持，是我找尋到“我是誰”我的價值在哪裏!在那刻，我猶如一顆閃閃發亮的明珠在揮灑着我的“絢麗”。

其次，我在溝通中接受他人的信念、價值觀和規條，找出一些行之有效地做法。在認可他人的同時，先達到一個和諧氛圍，使我們有一個興趣的起始，形成心與心的交匯。

最後，要達到“三贏”(我好、你好、世界好)的原則上去處理事情，有效地歸納，認識事情根源。

級部副主任趙建軍老師聞訊後，對胡小鴻就診做了安排。級部主任王立強老師親自推着胡小鴻上了救護車，當晚上8點半，我們感到哈勵遜醫院急診室時，王立強主任、王炎老師等多位衡實老師在照料胡小鴻，已陪同孩子進行了系列檢查。其間，張玉濱校長通過微信，多次向王炎老師詢問胡小鴻的病情。9點多，我們決定胡小鴻住院治療，經我們多次推勸，老師們才離開了醫院。晚上11點許，胡小鴻疼痛減輕，我們乘車返回邢台。在家休息三天後，27日，胡小鴻順利返回校園。
