一般不需要太多，關鍵要突出重點。上述的1-3項內容最多隻能寫2頁a4紙，一般要打印出來，字體為五號或小四號。簡歷有沒有封面沒有關係，很多hr並不希望有封面和塑封的簡歷，看起來要抽出其中的簡歷比較費時間。

一般崗位的簡歷需要太花哨，關鍵要有內容。對於一些特殊的崗位，如設計類，公關類，策劃類的崗位，簡歷形式可以做得別出心裁，與眾不同。

談談hr不希望看到的幾種簡歷，以便在寫簡歷避免：

1、空洞、缺乏事實和數字支持的簡歷。如寫了很多長處，做事認真，能吃苦耐勞，具有團隊精神、創新精神，適應能力強，溝通能力強……等等。這些空洞的詞句hr是比較反感的。與其寫這些，還不如寫你做過什麼學生工作，組織了什麼活動，取得了什麼成績，兼職銷售過多少產品、拿過什麼獎學金等一些事實和數據。

2、花了很多筆墨介紹學校、專業，列出專業課而沒有成績，很少寫到個人。這樣的簡歷只適合從來沒有照過大學生的單位。對於絕大多數企業hr，他們關心的是應聘者你個人的特點和能力。

3、散文式的簡歷。簡歷象一篇散文或記敍文，看起來很費力，找不出重點，詩情畫意的詞很多，表示態度的詞很多，而事實和數字很少，條理不清楚。
