工作中我以不怕苦累的實際行動感召學生，以樸實端莊的人民教師形象教育學生，做到了為人師表，修德修才。我根據學生們的意見和建議，通過網絡查找相關資料信息，也反饋給他們一些具體的建議，比如，針對專門的考試題型購買專門的參考練習書籍;在聽力和作文方面多下功夫;語法複習要系統;詞彙記憶可以和英語詞彙進行比較記憶，等等。我相信，只要切實地努力了，學習狀態和效果一定能夠很快步入全新的軌道。

總之，英語學習，興趣為先。學生語言能力的高低在很大程度上受制於英語學習興趣的程度。很難想象失去了興趣還能怎樣培養交際能力。所以，作為英語教師，一方面要向學生傳授語言知識並使他們掌握技能，另一方面更要重視培養和保持學生對這門學科的興趣，獲得事半功倍的效果。這樣才能真正把新課程標準提出的要求落到實處。

我在工作上，責任心強、適應能力強、態度熱忱、做事細心，能腳踏實地地把自己的工作做好的同時協助同事把部門的工作完成!從事學校校長行政文員工作的一段時間以及在學校親身作為言傳身教的老師的過程中，逐漸鍛煉出自己忍耐的性格，雖然有時候會犯錯，我知道犯錯是不好的，但是犯錯之後我會積極地吸取教訓，讓自己儘量在下次能夠避免同樣的錯誤。有位前輩説得好“什麼都不做才會什麼錯都不會犯”，我感謝每一次失誤，讓我慢慢改過，讓我成長!同時，我感覺到了自己從校園出來以後的成長，從一個羞羞答答的女孩兒到要單獨去應付很多的難題和親身去面試其他的人，從一個對人事工作毫無認知的門外漢到逐步地能協助學校校長處理、跟進一些工作，這個過程除了很多來自領導和其他同事的幫助，我自己也在不斷地努力。 我知道前面的路還很長，我還要去經歷各樣的事，我會堅強、會很努力的去面對、去經歷、去成長。
