平平淡淡間取捨，分分秒秒中爭取;繞着自己的圓圈，划着人生的弧線。一切的一切，都從你踏入大學校門的那天開始……..

我是來自分析1232班的嚴宇佳，從大一走到現在，令自己感觸最深的，還是大一剛來的那個時候。一切都是那麼的新鮮，一切都是那麼的美好，學姐、學長、老師都是那麼的和藹可親。對一切都有一種很神祕的感覺。經過近一年的學習和工作，少了份天真，多了份成熟，少了份魯莽，多了份沉穩„„一個人必須懂得去感恩，只有這樣他才會長大。

所以我選擇做班助，首先，要有一個積極、樂觀的工作態度。其次，要將所有工作做到細緻入微。包括從開始的迎新工作，報道註冊，住宿，同學關係的處理，教學樓分佈及學校環境的熟悉，學校組織、學生會、社團的瞭解，學校所有學院、專業認識，選課，學分，學校近期活動的安排，轉專業，怎麼分配、利用課餘時間，以及處理工作與學習的關係等各個方面都要做好安排與規劃。 假如我競選上助理班主任這一職務，我會全心認真、負責地對待每一項工作，對每一項工作都盡職做到愛心、熱心、誠心、耐心、責任心這五顆心，用這五顆心做好新生的入學學習和生活輔導，始終提醒自己：我所代表的不僅僅是我自己，是一個集體，是生化學院的風貌。作為一名助理班主任，盡其基本任務還無遠不夠，在這兒我再提出以下幾點：1)認真學習、工作，明確自己的責任和義務，作好新生接待、上傳下達工作2)協助班主任抓好班風建設和學風建設 3)本着“公平、公正、公開”的原則，選好班委，4)重視新生的情感變化，多與她們溝通、交流，使新生儘快適應大學的新環境、新生活。
