語速要慢一點，注意抑揚頓挫。

可以説一下自己的不足，但是可以以另一種方式，比如我的處理方式，如果有時比較急躁，可以説成太急於求成;有時對於細節不肯放過而誤了大局，可以説成太過於追求完美等等。總之，處理得好就可以了。
