我叫,汽車學院車輛工程12級學生，在大學期間沒有在學校社團或班級擔任職務，但是在家鄉創辦過一個青年公益組織。在校成績中等偏上，拿過獎學金，比賽方面得過無限創意大賽二等獎。兼職方面做過拓展教練和咖啡店員。英語比較好，能和外國人比較順暢的交流。

今年的整體就業形勢比較糟糕，但是汽車行業人才需求量還是很高的，我身邊只要認真準備了面試的同學基本上都找到了汽車行業的工作。

一般來説汽車行業從業有幾種類型的工作：第一種是研發技術類，比如上汽研究院，上海泛亞，廣汽研究院，日產技術中心這些都是很好的公司，這類公司對學生的成績、項目要求比價高，如果有實習經驗也是加分項。第二種是製造技術類，比較好的公司有上汽大眾，一汽大眾，上汽通用，廣汽豐田，廣汽本田等等(比較多)，具體的工作因人而異，部門劃分大致分為幾大塊，分別是衝壓、焊裝、塗裝、總裝四個車間部門，加上質量部、物流部、採購部等配合生產的部門，構成了主機廠的主要部分。其他的保障部門還有很多，比如人力資源部、後勤保障部等等。具體劃分到什麼崗位工作主要還是看個人的意願、專業和公司的用人需求來定。第三種是銷售類，銷售也是一個很大的部門，待遇和壓力都很大。但是仍然願意選擇銷售部門，挑戰自己。
