適應市場經濟條件下官兵思想的新變化,進一步加強思想政治工作。要加強對市場經濟條件下教育對象的研究,及時準確地把握部隊的思想狀況,切實做好乾部戰士在國際國內發生重大事件、國家和軍隊頒佈重要政策、改革方案出台、任務轉換、工作調動、入黨人團、獎勵處分、院校招生、轉業退伍、家庭變故、婚戀受挫等情況下的思想政治工作。

進一步明確軍事訓練的中心地位,鞏固和發展現有訓練成果。注重打好基礎,在提高 官兵軍事素質上力爭有新的突破。1是要繼續抓好乾部和骨幹訓練,為指導連隊訓練創造條件;2是抓好新兵基礎訓練,努力達到《大綱》要求;3是抓好技能訓練,切實打牢技能基?凰氖親ズ昧、排兩級戰術訓?提高靈活處置各種複雜情況的能力;五是抓好後勤保障訓練,提高現有條件下後勤快速保障能力。要廣泛開展軍事比武競賽,堅持以比促訓,以考促訓。

本人叫，性別男，漢族，年5月4日出生於省市的一個普通的工人家庭。現在是武警X省X中隊的戰士。
