一、強化服務意識，提高服務質量

堅持以病人為中心，以病人的利益需求為出發點。如要求護士聽到救護車的鳴聲後要迅速推車到急診室大門接診病人。為病人提供面巾紙，紙杯和開水。為無陪人的老弱病人代掛號、取藥。每個急診住院病人均有護士或護工護送入院。為了解決夏天夜間輸液病人多，實行彈性排班，加派夜間上班人數。這些措施得到病人的好評。特別是在有醫患糾紛時，甚至打罵我們醫務人員時，我們的護理人員做到盡力合理解釋，打不還手，罵不還口，受到醫院的表揚。

二、加強學習，培養高素質隊伍

急診科制定學習制度和計劃，加強護理人員的業務知識學習。開展急救專業培訓，選送護士到麻醉科、手術室學習氣管插管，要求急診八大件操作人人過關。與醫生一同學習心肺復甦新進展、急性冠脈綜合症的急診處置、創傷急救。提高了急診急救水平和搶救反應速度。全科人員自覺學習尉然成風，目前有8名護士參加全國高等教育護理大專班和本科自學考試。兩位工作一年的護士參加護士執業考試均通過。指派高年資的護士外出學習《急救護理新概念與急診模擬急救培訓》。

三、做好新入科護士及實習生的帶教工作

根據急診科的工作特性，制定了新入科護士三個月的培訓計劃，要求其三個月內掌握急診的流程，院前急救，如何接急救電話、掌握急診科所有的儀器使用，同時加強理論方面的學習與考核。在實施培訓第一年時，取得了很好的效果。對於實習生做到放手不放眼，每週實行小講課。

四、關愛生命，爭分奪秒

是急診科努力的方向，也是做好“急”字文章的承諾。如20__年11月7日送到急診科的高處墜落傷的患者，既無陪人而且神志不清，躁動不安，呼之不應，口腔內血性液體溢出，雙下肢開放性骨折。當班護士見狀即給氧、靜脈注射，並果斷採用氣管插管，氣管內吸痰，吸氧等處理，同時開通綠色通道，為搶救患者贏得寶貴時間。

五、做好急救藥品及急救儀器的管理

急救藥品準備及各種急救設備的調試是急診工作的基礎，現已施行每項工作專人負責，責任到人，做到班班清點、定期檢查，這一年裏未出現因急救藥品和急救儀器的原因而影響搶救工作。
