通過跟一同出來實習的同學的交流，我明白當我們通過一個公司的面試、筆試的時候，並不能説明我們的能力有多高，能夠隨便就應付了公司的佈置下來的任務，其實我們只是達到公司對這個崗位招聘的最低需求，並且我懂得的知識根本就不能將公司的事情應付好，紙上得來終覺淺，欲求真知須躬行這麼一個道理。看書的時候，總覺得這個簡單，那個容易，但當我需要真正用到實際項目的時候，發現這個不熟，那個不知，發現自己的知識的儲備相當的有限，對公司的項目很難上手。因此，我們必須努力的去學習，沉下心去，拿出拼命三郎的那股狠勁。沉下心去看去學與項目相關的知識。用知識去武裝自己的頭腦。提高自身的專業技能水平，努力爭取早日脱離那個公司招來吃白飯的角色。

二、要學會努力實踐，不要怕錯誤。

看來的知識沒有經過實踐終究掌握的不夠透徹，因此我們還需要努力將這些知識用到項目當中去，而這也是一個過程。公司可能剛開始的時候會要我們跟着前輩去跑項目，看前輩怎麼去弄好一個項目。去別的公司跑項目，他們公司的知識平台可能跟自己公司的又不同。在跑項目的工程中，我們需要留意不同公司不同情況的處理辦法，為我們將來自己單獨出去打下一個基礎。而每當我們跑完一個項目的時候，我都會嘗試去評價。看看自己有什麼樣子的收穫。回到公司，在自己公司的項目上面進行進一步的操作，使自己加快速度去熟練項目。在自己實踐的時候，肯定也是會產生各種各樣，稀奇古怪的錯誤。能產生錯誤就暗示我們又有新的收穫。我會正視錯誤，自己努力單獨去解決錯誤。這樣的收穫才會是最大的，倘若我們一遇到錯誤就不假思索的去求助，那樣我們就會產生一個依賴心理。對自己的自信心也是一個相當大的打擊。我們不要怕錯誤。每一個錯誤都昭示我們一個地方的不足，而沒改進一個不足，我們就是一個提升。

三、要學會與人相處，融入社會。

同學，是一同學習的人，學習是不會與利益掛鈎，而同事，是一同做事的人，大家都在為了事業打拼，為了自己的利益打拼。因此每個人對於利益都有自己的想法和認識。因此我們要在不去損害他人的利益的同時，努力給自己創造利益，並且能夠將自己利益最大化，給別人能夠帶來利益。那麼不僅僅是對自己產生了好的影響，對整個社會都是一種貢獻。實習以來，我明白作為一名即將踏入社會的當代大學生。我們不要好高騖遠的將振興中華這種口號和目標扛在自己的肩膀上面，我們應該腳踏實地，上好每一天的班，過好每一天的生活，努力實現自己的自我價值就是對國家和社會的最好的回報。

本人自x年從就一直從事變電檢修部的繼電保護工作，在這個崗位上一干就是十年。在這十年裏，開始，我是一個剛出茅廬的畢業生，從最基本的工作做起，從學徒做起，從繼電保護班員、工作負責人、班組長、副班長、到現在的班長，可以説，所走過每一步都留下了自己深深的腳印。我靠的是自己的勤奮、好學、敢拼、敢闖工作作風，科學、嚴謹的工作態度，以及孜孜不倦的求知精神。在這十年裏，我先後經歷保護裝置的四代更新，我從最基本的電磁型保護調起、晶體管保護、集成保護，到我們目前廣泛應用的微機保護，通過這四代保護裝置的更新換代，我對各種保護裝置的原理、調試、設備性能都有比較深刻的認識和研究，同時也為自己打下的紮實的工作基礎，並積累了豐富的工作經驗。在這期間，我也利用業餘時間，努力學習，不斷提高自己的專業技術理論水平，通過參加成人大學聯考、網絡教育，也先後取得了大專文憑、本科文憑。通過對保護裝置的日常檢驗、維護、以及保護的更新、改造，我熟練掌握了各種保護裝置的技改安裝、調試、以及正常運行維護。現在對我們局屬各220kV、110kV變電站設備運行情況、設備狀況以及相關二次設備有比較深入認識，能夠勝任局屬各變電站的所有二次設備的檢修、維護、技術改造、設計等工作，並熟悉了主網各專業的工作流程。

以下是我個人專業技術工作總結：

一、繼電保護專業日常的檢修、維護工作方面

本人事繼電保護十年來，在這十年裏，我是經歷保護裝置的四代更新，我從最基本的電磁型保護調起、晶體管保護、集成保護，到我們目前廣泛應用的微機保護，通過這四代保護裝置的檢修維護，我對各種保護裝置的原理、調試、設備性能都有比較深刻的研究，同時也為自己打下的紮實的工作基礎，並積累了豐富的工作經驗。

在這十年的工作生涯中，我們管轄了10個220kV變電站的、29個110kV變電站的日常維護、檢修工作。我從學徒學起，認真鑽研技術，虛心向老同志學習，積

極主動承擔各項工作任務，使得自己業務技術水平、理論知識不斷提高，並逐步成為班組的技術骨幹。我參加工作第二年轉工作負責人後，自己就開始負責110kV主變保護的年檢工作，110kV線路保護、220kV線路保護、220kV主變保護、220kV母差保護等年檢、維護。目前自己已經熟練掌握220kV、110kV、35kV變電站的線路保護、主變保護、母差保護、備自投裝置、聯切負荷裝置等設備的日常檢修、維護。

經過這十年繼電保護現場工作，自己積累豐富的現場經驗，在年檢、消缺和綜合分析、判斷能力方面都得到較大的提高。如20xx年，鐘山變220kV李鍾Ⅰ回243保護年檢時，發現CKJ集成保護中一塊邏輯芯片壞，B相單相故障時，不選相，直接三跳，經更換芯片後正常，避免一次擴大電網事故的隱患;20xx年，東渡變220kV母差保護(Radss)全檢時，發現Ⅰ母負壓繼電器抗干擾非常差，及時進行了更換，避免的一次可能由於二次設備內部隱患而造成的電網事故;20xx年，鐘山變220kV鼎鍾Ⅱ回244線路報“CSL-101B保護重合閘不充電”，外迴路沒有任何異常，經查為保護裝置內部的邏輯板的YJ電壓繼電器接點粘死所致，更換後正常。

二、繼電保護技術改造工作方面

自1998年開始，我們局就進入大規模的繼電保護設備的技術改造，通過技術改造，我們的電網安全運行可靠性有了一個質的飛躍，目前的電網二次設備消缺率大幅度下降，保護正確動作率高於98℅以上。在此期間，我負責了大量技術改造任務，如晶體保護、電磁型保護的微機化改造;110kV變電站的綜合自動化改造;220kV線路、主變保護微機化、雙重化改造;220kV變電站無人值守改造等。在負責電網二次設備的技術改造過程中，自己編寫施工組織方案、技術安全措施、調試方案，全面負責整個改造的全過程。在技術改造過程中，自己不斷的探索、不斷的總結經驗，更進一步地加深對繼電保護的原理、設備運行性能的理解，自己的技術水平得進一步的錘鍊，特別是為今後日常年檢、維護等工作打下了堅實的基礎。

至今，我主要負責的技術改造有：20xx年的220kV東渡變全站的無人值守改造。本次改造涉及到全站的所有一、二次設備，一次設備的新舊程度參差不齊，220kV系統是法國原裝進口的GIS開關，110kV系統的刀閘操作機構型號不少於20種，基本上都需要現場進行技術改造才能滿足無人值守改造的需要，加上工期又

短，給我們的技術改造帶來預想不到的困難。面對困難，我沒有退縮，我白天在現場負責技術改造工作，晚上總結、分析技術改造存在的情況、攻關技術難點、難題，並制定有效的施工方案。通過了我們的不懈努力，我們順利完成了全站的無人值守改造任務。

還有主要負責了：20xx年，負責全省第一套全省聯網安控系統聯切裝置，500kV變站端的安裝、調試、聯調。20xx年負責東渡變#1主變雙重化改造;20xx年，負責220kV鐘山變220kV系統部分的無人值守改造;20xx年，負責220kV鐘山變全站直流系統改造;20xx負責220kV鐘山變220kV嵩山Ⅰ、Ⅱ回線路保護改造;20xx年，負責110kV葉厝變全局第一套消弧線圈控制裝置安裝、調試等等。同時參與20xx年220kV李林變的全站無人值守改造、#1主變保護改造;20xx年的安兜變全站無人值守改造等。

三、繼電保護專業設計工作方面

做為一名合格繼電保護人員，單能勝任檢修、維護、技改等工作還是遠遠不夠的，為了能更加全面、系統地瞭解繼電保護工作的原理、配置原則以及必要性，必須經過參加設計，才能明確我們的繼電保護工作目的性和重要性，才能進一步化深對繼電保護的理解。1998年，我就開始負責了設計半蘭山變110kV故障錄的改造設計。主要的設計工作有：20xx-20xx年，負責設計同安局所屬2個110kV變電站(馬巷變、梅山變)、3個35kV變電站(大澄變、內厝變、新店)全站的無人值守改造設計，並已經全部改造完成，並投入運行;20xx年負責110kV鴻山變、葉厝變繼電保護綜合自動化改造主變保護、監控部分的設計;20xx年東渡變35kV母差保護改造設計;20xx年負責220kV梧侶變的110kV梧梅、梧馬線保護改造的設計;20xx年負責110kV葉厝變#3主變擴建10kV部分的設計等等。現在，可以勝任局屬各變電站的各二次設備的技術改造設計。

四、新、改擴建變電站的質量監督和驗收工作方面

通過日常維護、檢修以及消缺工作中的不斷學習和摸索，為自己打下了紮實工作基礎，並積累了豐富的現場工作技術經驗，在新、改擴建變電站的質量監督和驗收工作中取得重舉足輕重的作用。如20xx年負責驗收監督220kV鐘山變#2主變擴建工程、110kV葉措變#3主變擴建等;驗收方面如：20xx年的220kV錦園I、II期新建站全站的二次設備方面的驗收及送電、20xx年220kV鼎美變I期的全站的

二次設備方面的驗收及送電、20xx年220kV翔安變I期等。在質量監督、驗收工作也發現不少問題，如：PT二次迴路多點接地;CT組別沒有交插、兩點接點、沒有接地點;強弱電共混;控制、信號電源互竄等安全隱患，由於驗收時及時發現、並責令整改，為以後設備安全、健康、穩定運行打下了堅實的基礎。

五、繼電保護反措工作方面

在繼電保護反措工作方面，我們嚴格按照《繼電保護二十八的反措》要求以及相關的反措文件，認真執行，嚴格把關。1999年起，我就開始參加執行大量的繼電保護反措工作。如：各變電站的端子箱、保護屏加裝120mm二次接地線反措;全站PT二次一點接地改造;二次電纜交直流回路、強弱電共混一根電纜反措改造;220kV及以上開關雙操雙跳改造;高頻通道的結合濾波器加裝抗干擾隔離電容以及一、二接地共混改造反措、非微機型母差保護在保護屏上一點接地等反措。通過我們大量的反措改造工作後，電網的設備安全可靠性大幅度提高，繼電保護的正確率達到了99﹪以上。

六、組織管理工作方面

在組織方面，20xx年我從一名普通的班員，提升為東渡組的組長，負責220kV東渡變、鐘山變以及6個110kV變電站的日常檢修、消缺、技術改造、設計等工作。做為班組長，工作重點不再侷限於做好各項工作任務，必須全盤考慮所負責片區的工作安排、以及人員組織、技術培訓等多方面工作。在我的帶領下，我們先後順利完成了220kV東渡變、鐘山變的無人值守改造和220kV主變保護雙重化改造等重大、重點改造工程、年檢完成率、消缺率百分百;同時也培養了一批技術骨幹，進一步緩解了班組人手不足的壓力。由於本人的較強的工作組織協調能力以及紮實的工作經驗，20xx年我提升為付班長兼安全員。在初級的管理崗位上，我立足於本崗，積極主動配合班長的各項工作，加強班組內部建設，不斷改善班組工作環境，努力構建一個和諧、團結、有靈聚力的班組。在班組安全方面，我敢抓，敢管，並以身作責，這幾年來，我們班沒有發生過繼電保護“三誤”事故、人為事故、設備事故等責任事故。20xx年，我任班長，在這安全生產第一責任人的位置上，我深感責任和壓力的重大，特別是在此期間我們部門進行了專業的整合，由原來的一個專業增加為四個專業，如何調配好各專業的分工與合作是班組工作的重中之重。我在抓好現場工作安全的前提下，加強班組技術培訓，

強化不同專業的互動與滲透，以在最短的時間內達到最佳的專業整合目的;同時加強班組內部建設，及時瞭解、掌握每位班員的思想動態，並及時進行溝通，消除部分班員思想上的波動。通過大家的共同努力，我們這個新集體正以飽滿精神、邁着矯健的步伐一步、一步向着衝。

工程自我評價 篇18

今年是我成為上班族以來的第二個整年。土建工程師是我從事的第一份工作，是我職業生涯的一個起點，我對此也十分珍惜，盡最大努力去適應這一崗位。經過一年來的不斷學習，以及同事、領導的幫忙，我已完全融入到了_______這個大家庭中，個人的工作技能也有了明顯的提高，雖然工作中還存在這樣那樣的不足之處，但應當説這一年付出了不少，也收穫了很多，我自我感到成長了，也逐漸成熟了。此刻就10年的工作情景評價如下：

一年來經過我的不懈努力，完成了一期、二期工程施工資料整理及移交工作、二期工程景觀、綠化工作、____c組團前期開工準備工作、c組團樣板房工程等公司領導交付的其他工作

1、二期工程施工資料整理及移交工作

今年上半年二期工程順利交工並交付業主使用，工程交工前必須先把施工資料整理交接完畢，我認真檢查把每一棟樓的施工資料都仔細查閲，力爭做到一張不漏、一張不缺、目錄整齊、保證資料齊全，交房前二期13棟樓所有的户型圖、質保保證書、使用説明書，我都要提前準備齊全，已備交房時給業主以充分的保障。二期13棟樓的備案資料全部經由我手整理完畢，再領導的指導下，我順利的完成了交房前所有資料的整理工作。交房後由於資料過多及其重要性，需移交公司檔案室保管，移交期間，我必須對二期30棟樓的100多盒資料重新整理，做到每張都有記錄並制定出能夠從中找出任意一張資料的目錄。期間我花費很多精力，花費將近一月的時間，最終不負領導所託吧所有資料都重新整理完畢。

2、二期工程景觀、綠化工作

年初，我接手二期工程景觀、綠化工作。景觀、綠化工作相對於現代化小區，比重雖小，可是意義重大。它是現代化新生活小區不可或缺的。由於準備充足，二期的景觀、綠化工作進行的很順利。

可是，後期驗收時，由於苗木規格、種類繁多給我們的驗收工作帶來了很大的麻煩，最終，我經過與技術部通力合作，把所有苗木的種類、數量、規格全部核查到位。最終順利的完成了領導交付的此項工作。

3、________工程

9月初，接領導指示。要建設c組團樣板房。它是10年在全國房地產低迷情景下，公司領導英明決定_____c組團開工，組建____加這種新户型的一個縮影。它的好壞直接影響立體疊加開盤後的銷售業績，同時也是公司今年即b組團銷售情景不樂觀後的一項新舉措，它的成敗直接影響到公司今年的成敗。

在接到領導指示後，我快速的投入到實際工作當中去，為了到達預期效果，我2天內3次定位放線，最終滿足了領導的預期效果。在施工過程中，我不懼辛苦，任勞任怨，努力做到了上班在現場，下班後由於工程需要多次加班加點工作。後期由於裝飾公司的介入，這就需要良好的協調本事與組織本事。努力處理好雙方在施工過程中所發生的摩擦和矛盾。最終順利的在開盤前完成了樣板房工程。為公司開盤後可觀的銷售情景及扭虧為營做出了應有的貢獻。

在________順利開盤後，我又與技術部合作。參與了樣板房後期的決算事宜。

一年來的工作心得

1、堅持良好的心態與進取進去的工作態度。我作為____一分子，自覺遵守公司的各項規章制度，服從上級領導的工作安排;以對公司絕對忠誠的態度投入到各項工作中去，把公司的事情當作自我家裏的事情去做，在解決現場施工管理、協調等工作上，依據現場實際情景進取主動的思考，自我研究應當完成的各項工作，而不是等領導來安排。以主人翁的心態投入到各項工作中去，維護公司的形象和利益不受損害。

2、把自我融入到公司的大團體中去，依靠團體的智慧及力量完成各項工作。在我今年完成的許多工作中，得到各級領導和同事們的支持和幫忙。

3、經過一年來的工作發現自我還有很多不足之處：在工作中處理現場事宜，管理力度不夠;處理問題還不是太細心，這些問題我將在嶄新的20__年多加註意克服。

20__年，對於我來説是探索、學習、提高的一年，應對着與以前不一樣的工作資料，我擺正了自我的心態，充分發揮主管能動性，進取主動的思考。在這樣的一年中，我經過自我的勞動充實了自我，經過領導賦予自我的機會開闊了自我的視野。
