I am years old,born in province .

I was graduated from university. my major is i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 20xx.

I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

In July 20xx, I begin work for as a technical support engineer in Guangzhou city.

Because I'm capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.

Because I want to change my working environment, I'd like to find a job which is more challenging.

Morover is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.

履職以來,我始終把當一名優秀的人民教師當作自己工作追求,因為多年的教育工作讓我深刻地認識到教育工作的祟高與偉大,它肩負着國家民族興旺強盛的重任。而做為大學教師,這份責任是責無旁貸的。因而,我時刻告誡自己:一定要忠於黨的教育事業、一定要將自己全部的熱情和力量獻給學生,授業解惑、教好學生,因而幾年來,我始終堅持不斷地學習,盡最大的努力去接觸、瞭解、認識,掌握新事物,積極投身到教學實踐中去……

自1997年參加工作以來,本人一直重視個人思想素質的不斷提高,堅持學習建設有中國特色的社會主義理論,堅持黨的基本路線、擁護黨的路線、方針、政策,模範遵守國家各項法律、法規及規章制度,模範執行學校行政的各項決議和學校的各項規章制度,工作上堅決服從組織分配認真履行教師工作職責,刻苦學習,努力工作,教書育人,具有開拓創新精神。

一、 師德品質高尚進步,教育觀念正確先進

我有高尚的師德,純正的品質,對黨無限忠誠,獻身教育事業,積極學習政治理論,在各方面都能從嚴從高要求自己,言行堪為學生表率。二十年多年來,我奮鬥在教育教學和管理第一線,在工作中講究團結協作,服從組織安排,敢挑能挑重擔,積極完成學校交給的任務,成績顯著。

二、 專業知識紮實,理論知識優化

從教多年來,我一直在繼續學習農村與區域發展專業知識,教育專業知識,英語專業知識,以廣博的知識拓寬學生的視野,以傳神的語言撥動學生的心絃,以先進的理論指導教學實踐。

三、 把握教學各環節,教學效果明顯

在教學中,我注意理論與實踐相結合,注意蒐集學生在實踐中遇到的實際問題,結合理論教學從理論上解釋出現的問題,提出解決問題的方法和措施,並積極培養學生的動手能力。不斷提高教學質量,教學效果評價良好。

1 、認真備課 . 作為一名教師 , 上好一堂課不難 , 但備好一堂課很難 . 因此 , 每天我都花費大量的時間在備課之上 , 認認真真鑽研教材和教法, 不滿意就不收工。我認真研究課文 , 找出了重點 , 難點 , 準備有針對性地講。為了令教學生動 , 不沉悶 , 我還為此準備了大量的教具 ,授課時就胸有成竹了。有時準備好的教學課件 , 讓學生觀學習 , 學生特別用功 , 教學效果十分理想 . 與此可見 , 認真備課對教學十分重要。

2 、認真組織課堂教學。一堂課的四十多分鐘 , 就是一個教師表演技能的階段。上課時 , 本着 " 傳道 , 授業 , 解惑 " 的原則 ,努力提高教學質量 , 使講解有條理 , 清晰 , 準確 , 生動。我上課一定要設法令學生投入 , 不讓其分心 , 這就很講究方法了。上課內容豐富 ,現實,使每堂課學生有所獲 , 努力使學生打好基礎 , 培養能力 , 發展智慧 , 培養學生的正確思維方式 , 養成良好的學習習慣。

3 、注意因材施教 , 因為英語課的特殊情況 , 學生大部分基礎差 ,不愛學。為此 ,我制定了具體的計劃和目標。對這部分同學進行有計劃的輔導。從平時的課堂反應 , 課後交流 , 週記記錄中掌握各個學生的心理狀況 , 抓住他們的特點和個性 ,有的放矢地與其進行交流 , 及時給予關懷和關愛。善於發現學生的優點 , 並給予表揚 ; 積極發現後進生的閃光點 , 及時給予鼓勵 ,樹立他們的自信心。只要堅持對這些同學的輔導 , 他們的基礎重新建立起來 , 以後授課的效果就會更好。

總之 , 在這長期的教學過程中 , 我盡力地做好每項工作,取得了所教學科及格率均達 99% 、優秀率達 45% 的好成績。

科研方面

堅持以教學帶動科研,以科研促進教學。任現職以來,我公開發表論文19篇,其中核心刊物和權威刊物6篇;參編著作、教材、教參等書籍7本;主持完成了自治區教育科學研究課題或改革項目3項,主持在研的教育廳科研課題1項。論學習,注意瞭解學科的一些最新成果和前沿知識。
