時間過得很真快，轉眼就一個多月了，就在此時需要回頭總結的時候從心底裏感到日子的匆匆。原先教師生活讓我感到漸漸遠去，現在的編輯工作已經漸漸變得順其自然了，這或許應該是一種慶幸，是讓我值得留戀的一段經歷。

一個多月的試用期下來，自己努力了不少，也進步了不少，學到了很多以前沒有的東西，我想這不僅是工作，更重要的是給了我一個學習和鍛鍊的機會。從這一階段來看，發現自己渴求的知識正源源不斷的向自己走來，到這個大溶爐裏慢慢消化，這就是經驗。一多月以來，我分別在幾個不同的崗位上練習，剛開始是做家長頻道的粘貼工作，後來做資訊頻道中的評論，現在做教師頻道，其中也有一些不同的崗位讓我去鍛鍊，在此十分感謝公司的領導和前輩們對我的關照。

首先説説在編輯部的工作心得。在編輯部一個月的工作生活，我感觸最深的就是，工作可以在快樂中完成。從國中到高中再到教師工作，這期間我一直都是在遠離父母親人的視線之外享受着逍遙自主的生活。雖然在學校裏也有師長的關愛與教誨，但總有一種距離感，缺少家庭特有的温馨。自到參加工作以來，各位領導都對我這位來自異地的新人親切有加，特別是各位領導，在工作之餘，以朋友的姿態經常跟我坦懷聊天，非但不擺領導的架子，而且還以朋友的關愛之心在引導我們做好編輯工作，讓我真切感受到了X人温情。而其他大部分的老同事，也對我這個新人投以真摯友情的目光，在工作中，只要你需要，他們隨時給予熱情地指導；工作之餘，大家開懷談笑，不分彼此。記得剛到一週的時間，編輯部新老同事就已經打成一片，給我的感覺是上下同心。正因為如此，在編輯部工作，讓我體會了在愉快中完成工作的歡欣。

我在工作上的收穫主要有：

1、基本學會ps/photoshop的應用和網頁製作；

2、熟練掌握教育新聞與社會新聞採寫的區別，熟練掌握教育新聞稿的一些寫作方法和技巧等；

3、基本瞭解並初步學會教師頻道的研發；

4、在這期間我不僅可以較好地配合各位前輩工作，還可以自己獨立採寫完成具體的教育新聞作品。主編每次安排的任務都基本可以順利完成。

在這期間，工作上最大的不足主要有：

1、新聞的採寫比較古板，缺乏新意；

2、新聞的敏感性相對較差，特別是對相關聯的社會性新聞把握不足等。

近兩週，我被調到教師頻道做主編，在辦公室工作不足主要有：

1、缺乏基本的辦公室工作知識，在開展具體工作中，常常表現生澀，甚至有時還覺得不知所措；

2、工作細心度不夠，經常在小問題上出現錯漏；

3、辦事效率不夠快，對領導的意圖領會不夠到位等。

就總體的工作感受來説，我覺得這裏的工作環境是比較令我滿意的。首先是領導的關愛以及工作條件在不斷改善給了我工作的動力；其次是同事間的友情關懷以及協作互助給了我工作的舒暢感和踏實感；第三就是目前正在營造形成我們特有的企業文化氛圍給了我工作的信心。

我知道，上面的工作表現也許不能讓領導感到滿意，如果完全依據這些表現來決定是否可以繼續留在這裏工作學習，坦白説，我自己並沒有太大的信心。但我堅信自己能夠在今後的工作中會表現得更好，保證讓領導滿意。

我自去年10月入職以來至今年4月份整六個月的時間，也是我試用期滿的日期。今天我鄭重的向公司提出轉正申請，請公司考慮我的請求!

時間飛逝，轉眼六個月試用期限將過。在這六個月中，通過公司部門組織的教育培訓，以及通過我自身的學習，對公司、部門及我個人的工作內容有了非常詳細的瞭解。對公司今後的發展充滿信心，對我自己能勝任這份工作充滿了信心。在以後的日子裏，我還將努力工作，努力工作學習，為公司、部門及我個人的發展而努力。現在我就自己在六個月中的工作、學習情況作一下簡單的彙報。
