外教一對一的好處在於更快的幫助學生提高英語實用能力，外教的優勢在於英語是他們的母語，他們可以純感性的方式教授英語，而語言本來就是需要感性來學習的一種技能。有人説為什麼我們的外教老師也講課文很枯燥，因為那是學校的要求，他也沒有辦法，他只能按照學校的規定教學。但是一對一的這種形式，老師就可以盡情的發揮自己的特長，幫助學生提高實用能力，外國人其實更講究實用主義，他們認為語言的目的在於應用，而不是搞研究。所以在一對一的課堂上，學生又有充分的表達機會，學生的能力提高的就比較快。

外教一對一的弊端，第一，費用會比大班授課的成本要高，因為本來外教老師一個人可以教上百人的課程，現在只教你一個人，所以成本肯定要高一些，但是速恩英語儘量降低學習成本，把沒有必要的宣傳成本，教室成本去掉。給學生一個最合理的價格，目前大部分的白領都能接受了。

外教的一對一的另一個弊端，同學之間沒有一個互動，可能沒有比學趕幫的氣氛，雖然我們速恩英語專門從事外教一對一培訓的機構，我們也不迴避這個弊端，但是我們只是認為沒有完美的形式，這只是一個瑕疵。

英語教學反思 ：如何消除兩極分化?

分析兩極分化的原因，主要來自師生兩方面，綜合起來有以下幾種情景:

1、學生學習目的不明確。有不少學生開始學英語時是從興趣出發，隨意性和方向性程度大。他們學英語只是一陣子，一旦遇到挫折，就容易喪失興趣和信心，知難而退，不思上進，導致成績直線下降。

2、學生學習方法欠佳。有些學生沒有掌握好正確的學習方法。如:記單詞，死記硬背;練句型，生搬硬套，不注意語言環境;寫句子不遵循英語習慣，強行漢譯英逐句逐詞對譯等。

3、學生不瞭解學習英語的關鍵和要點。不少學生誤以為，英語是知識型、理解型的課程，僅滿足於教師講的資料聽懂了，而沒有把主要精力用在聽、説、讀、寫實踐練習上，所以就無法構成語言技能，不能熟練掌握，就會邊學邊忘，越學越困難，最終導致掉隊。

4、學生忽視了語言學習的漸進性。學習英語必須要循序漸進、紮紮實實、逐步提高。單詞學不好就無法組織句子，簡單句掌握不好就難學複合句，聽力差就不能説好英語。如果一段時期沒有抓緊，連續出現缺漏，學生繼續學習英語就困難重重，掉隊就難以避免。

國中英語的教學重點是基礎知識和基本技能，所以教學應面向全體同學，爭取做到人人基本達標。在教學過程中學生學習出現差距是不可避免的。一旦出現，就應當及時找學學生談，分析他們掉隊的原因，動之以情，曉之以理，使學生從思想上認識到學習外語的重要性。

1、教師要有高度的職責心。要對班上每一名學生負責。要異常關注中下游學生的學習，對他們所取得的點滴提高都要加以肯定，當他們出現學習困難時，隨時幫忙解決。

2、端正學生的學習目的。教書育人是教師的神聖職責。教師在教學過程中，應不斷引導學生明確學習目的，幫忙他們樹立信心，樹立遠大夢想，做好克服困難的準備。

3、交給學生學習方法。教師在傳授知識的同時，應注意學習方法的傳授。正確的學習方法是學習成功的保證，方法掌握得越好，效率越高。如:記單詞應提倡詞不離句、句不離文、文不離景，也可採用同義詞、近義詞、反義詞、同音詞及派生詞、衍生詞等“葡萄式”記憶法。

4、教師要善於調動和愛護學生的學習英語的進取性。要不斷改善教學方法，提高教學水平，把課上得生動趣味。教師首先要認真地鑽研教材與教法，堅持循序漸進、精講多練的原則，要有超前意識。在教學中，教師要預測到學生可能遇到的困難，要找出克服困難的方法，要幫忙學生順利地學會所教資料。教師要善於創造良好的英語環境，激發學生學習英語的興趣。教師講課語言要生動，表情要自然，教態要和藹，手勢要恰當。

“實踐出真知”。怎樣教好國中英語，防止兩極分化現象，以及如何解決，是無固定模式的，需要我們每一個英語教師不斷的探討、終結、反思和完善。
