作為一名在酒店工作了大半年的員工，我對酒店有着一種格外親切的感覺。每一個人在他年輕的時候，都有很多第一次，我當然也不例外。

但這種感覺不會隨着我的離開而走遠，我想我永遠也不會忘記，畢竟我曾經生活在一個温暖而又温馨的集體裏。韓總，還記得第一次跟您近距離接觸和認識是在.3.16號。隨着時間的流逝，斗轉星移，您多年積累的工作經驗與個人才華也得到充分的施展。您是我們酒店的經理。在我上班之前，制定了一系列的政策與方針，重新定位了酒店的經營策略，不斷地嘗試新的機制與獎勵、分配辦法，力爭讓酒店的經濟效益不斷邁上新高，也讓酒店員工的福利待遇如芝麻開花一般節節高樊。，這才是為員工謀利益的舉動，這才是一位被員工在心裏面所認可的經理。

而我，作為這個集體的一份子，更加感覺到您對員工的關心與培養。您肯定想到，酒店要想在競爭激烈的社會中立於不敗之地，人才的培養與發展是不可忽視的環節之一。由於我自身能力的不足，近期的工作讓我覺得力不從心，所以想公司提出了辭呈，忘領導批准。
